I had my Michael Kors watch links removed and size adjusted for me. Cost £10 which is reasonable and would rather a place like this do it as they sell my exact watch. Nice friendly staff, quick service

Very understaffed, only went to collect a watch and was stood waiting for over half an hour but when I was seen to they were very polite.

Call themselves Jewellers?! I called today to see if they would resize and engrave my torque bracelet, the man said he did not know what one was. I explained what it was and he laughed for some reason. I asked how long he had been a jeweller for (not to be nasty but because I wanted to know if my bracelet would be in good hands) he said 2 years which much mean the training there is really awful. He explained that they just send off the jewellery with a note to a place he did not know anf then it comes back..... I say no more,

Poor after sales service. Spent a lot of money on a Christmas gift which was faulty unwilling to refund despite being within 30 days of purchase.
