Visited to get a bracelet clasp replaced. Kind & efficient service, would recommend

Had two white-gold rings soldered together and dipped for about a 1/3 of the price a high street jewelers quoted to just have them dipped. While getting this quote I mentioned that I caught my gold ring on a door and pulled it out of shape. He fixed it there and then and didn't charge me. Couldn't be happier with the results.

Went in before lunch after H Samuels said they couldn't resize my fiancée's engagement ring. We explained that we weren't in the area for long and he managed to turn the ring around same day at a very reasonable price. One happy lady and a very relieved chap. Thank you so much for the amazing service. Would highly recommend.
