I have bought a pair of earnings for my daughter which they were from display and they wasn’t closing very secure. The manager Simon Peacock assured me they will replace/repair if the closing will get faulty. After about 3 months my daughter lost 1 of the earring about 4 times but we luckily we managed to find them. When we went to see them they were very defensive, despite assuring us when we bought they will help in case they will get worse. Do not buy from this place unless you are sure you wont have to return. Very very poor customer service. Avoid avoid avoid.

Got the girlfriends chamelia charms here. Service was fantastic (not too pushy), would shop here again if the need arises.

We always receive fantastic service in this store and staff are always friendly and happy to help, even if were just exchanging something. Myself and my partner perchased engagement and wedding rings as well as personal watches and more from this store and wouldn't shop anywhere else!
