We had a very positive experience with Ryan at Yeomans Basingstoke. After arriving and feeling disappointed the vehicle we’d originally seen was sold, he helped us source its “sister vehicle”! Nothing was ever too much & he kept to his word when we had a few time issues. We are really enjoying our new car and hope that when we purchase our next Nissan, Ryan will have remained at Yeomans! 5/5! Steve & Kirsty Osgood
Got a new car from here, from the start we were treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. There was no hard-sell, Ryan was just super helpful, polite and informative. The whole process was a delight from start to finish.
Cannot rate this garage highly enough. A few weeks ago had a service but forgot to mention a squeak in the steering, just been to have a tyre change, which was much cheaper than local to me, I mentioned the squeak and they fixed it without charge. Never had that with a garage before. This is the third time that tweaks have been done very reasonably or without charge. Excellent service.
Ryan was not prepared to offer a test drive on the Ariya for me as I had the vehicle on order at another dealership same company! Quote ‘A test drive is a means of selling a vehicle and you already have one on order’ - I explained that they didn’t have on in stock and didn’t expect one this month… also explained that the test drive was for my wife as a potential customer too but I guess they are not considered as customers.. Doesn’t exactly make you feel a valued customer.
Ryan has been awesome while I've been buying my new ariya - nothing too much trouble, sorted demos, finance, delivery in a straight, honest manner - go talk to him if you need a car and like being treated fairly with the right deal - thanks and reccomended
Great customer service. Ryan was very helpful and informative, without being patronising. We bought a beautiful car, that I absolutely love. I feel that the staff at West Way do really take pride in their work, and are very knowledgeable about the cars they sell and all the apps and electronics. I would not hesitate to recommend to all my friends and family.
I looked at a new Leaf here and really liked it. The staff were friendly and the show room was well managed. The new leaf was just a bit out of our reach financially. The dealership was very busy when I visited again recently to look at the new Syria so I was only able to see it from the outside.
Excellent service, Ryan who was motility salesman was brilliant, once car was ordered he kept in touch by email every 2weeks, as delivery date kept changing, difficult times at moment, but was worth the wait, Ryan showed me all the gadgets in the car, how to start/stop the engine, the auto gears, rang me Monday morning to check all ok. All in all excellent service
My experience from start to finish in purchasing my new car from the Basingstoke branch was first class. I’m super thrilled with my car . Thank you for everything that you done for me from keeping me updated with my car right up to the collection. Which I have to say was such a lovely touch . Would most definitely highly recommend you all to anyone who wants to buy a car either second hand or brand new. You won’t be disappointed
I had absolutely no idea what to do regarding motability, Ryan talked me through everything and was there every step of the process. I am very grateful for the help and guidance he has given and is a credit to the team at West Way, Basingstoke. As a bonus the car is great to drive too.
