At first I was impressed with friendly staff and a welcoming showroom. However I did have issues. The salesman I dealt with drove my car without my permission and went on holiday without informing me while we were sorting out the potential sale. Obtaining finance T&C's was very  difficult and after I decided go through with the purchase, I had to be very firm to recover my deposit. A great shame - it seemed the salesman was trying far too hard and not keeping track of what he was doing.
Sadly I cannot recommend but I acknowledge this may be a one-off experience caused by miscommunication and misunderstanding.

I received great customer service at J Davy in Basingstoke! They were very informative and so lovely whilst finding the best car to suit me! I would recommend Luke as that is who served me but I’m sure everyone else is great as well!! Such good service!

We just bought a car there, and are very happy with it so far. We've been lucky to be looked after by Luke Arnott. He came out of the office, on a raining day, to meet us, while we were browsing their car park. He was very helpful, friendly and not pushy. He gave us a lot of good advice, always with courteous and professional attitude. Thank you

WoW, it honestly felt like I had gone to visit a close family member.. All the staff that greeted me gave me a warm feeling of ease.. I couldn’t believe how knowledgeable the Adviser (Andrew) was.. If your in the process of buying a New / Approved Used Car and Vauxhall isn’t on you list, please please drop by.. I did and I was pleasantly surprised, Vauxhall was not on my list.. However after various talks & test drives, I did purchase my New Car from this Dealership.. 10/10

Very poor customer service, as soon as you buy the car expect the service to stop! People don’t call back when they say they will and their attitude drops to an unacceptable level. Would recommend you run as far away as possible
