I've been taking my cars to Basingstoke Mercedes for 10 years and have always found the staff to be polite, clear, helpful, and accommodating to my needs. I feel like a valued customer and have been very pleased with my experiences thus far.
There are issues with the car park being small and tightly packed, not helped by having a site that has limited access. Little can be done about this without great expenditure however. It has improved a little over the years however and maybe I've been lucky but I always seem to be able to get a parking place when I need to visit.
Overall it's the right place to take your Mercedes. The sales and service staff are good. The mechanics are great. And they all make my life a bit easier when I need their help.

We have been taking all our cars to basingstoke for services, the team are great and they always go the extra mile to help and more importantly save the customer money. They wholly appreciate the concept that repeat business is the best business... make a little less in the short term but more in the long term.

An expensive car dealer with all the mod-cons showroom. A fairly large size showroom with the entrance around the back of the building from street view. The entrance into the showroom is fully complaint with commercial building regulations for disabled and or wheelchair users for access. They offer a free in-house WI-FI connectivity for their customers. The waiting seated area is quite near to the entrance just past the front desk. They also offer a free drinks facility which is placed within the waiting area. That said, upon using the male toilet room, upon entering, this is probably the smallest toilet room I have ever been into. The one cubicle was in use, one gentleman standing over the sink washing his hands with two urinals free to use. There was very little room between the other gentleman and myself and a fourth person entering the tiny crammed toilet room. He quickly left - there was just no room to manuver. For all the fancy gizmos and glitz to impress their customers, Mercedes-Benz/Smart certainly got this part of the building very wrong - I dont know what the person who designed that toilet was thinking, it is certainly NOT impressive. This toilet very small, tight and suitable for two people to use at any one time - if that, - hardly any room for privacy.

It was a cold day, and it wasn't much less cold inside the showroom either! Seriously, sitting here for an hour, waiting for an airbag recall mod to be done, was not pleasant. They need to look at the problem and fix it. Not a premium experience at all.

Hideous customer service. Rude, abrupt, obnoxious sales staff. Very upset by how I am constantly treated. Being put down by 27 year old saying "you cant even buy your car cash" is in civilized countries a reason to fire someone. Completely off of Mercedes now.
