It's on the up. This centre has been here for some time. In the last few years, the management team has invested a great deal of money in the place, and it is much better than it was. As with all larger supermarkets, they cater for all and as ASDA is one of the top 10 of the UK retailers in this type of shops they are there to compete. The general layout of the centre is good and in part very tidy all over. There are a couple of empty premises. However, this doesn't detract from the overall appearance and in time I would imagine the management will fine a suitable retailer to fill the vacancies.
Good ice rink, great kids play areas with a cafe and other facilities. There is a large Asda with clothing, pharmacy, even a second hand shop. Parking is easy and staff are friendly. Would recommend this as a centre
There are toilets available that makes it 5 stars easy! Asda inside is huge! You will find everything you want. McDonald's is also a bonus so you can eat something quickly before departure after long shopping :
Popped in to use the Asda supermarket. Very busy, but able to park, but it was a Saturday. They have the pharmacy and the George as separate units so you will need to visit separately if you need to use them. Costa and McDonald's also on site.
It was one of those walking around from one shop to the other just enjoying the experience of the traditional stores setup. All goods and services were of excellent quality and very affordable.
Asda the shop is great 5 out of 5 for the petrol station on the other hand I would give a zero. Self service pump broken down and instead of a member of staff coming to you. I had to risk getting hit by a car and walk through the drive through window as you can't drive there from the selfie severs pumps. Then to be told I had to walk to the next window and walk across all the drive through lanes to get back to my car.
Monday 11:00 not too busy McDonald's and Costa were reasonable nobody queuing clean and tidy good place to visit
Large shopping area with lots under one roof. We only visited Asda, which was easy to find and access. Buses stop outside and there is a large parking area. Seemed quite popular with locals a visitors alike. Staff were helpful in Asda and they had so much choice.
Great place because you can do all your food shopping there. A very good charity shop is there. Also dry cleaner etc.
Brilliant place to shop, after the refit it's definitely a lot better than what it was. Would highly recommend
