Honest and caring. They genuinely care about your animals. I had my fur baby with this vets and they did nothing but care and love on her. She had bladder stones one year and they did absolutely everything for her. Then even took care of the insurance for me. I was a mess and the team absolutely reassured me, and allowed me to visit whenever I wanted, even on their lunch hour to spend time with her, until she was allowed home. I moved home and moved vets, and it is the greatest and always will be mistake of my life, and my baby would still be here today.  Trust your babies with these vets, they know what they’re doing.  The receptionists get a lot of grief, but are also angels.  For every grateful to this practice, and you will have my custom for many more years, guaranteed xx

I've been coming to West Mount verts with my dog for over 5 years now. I always find them to be professional, helpful, reliable and knowledgeable. I can tell they really care about the pets they treat too. Highly recommended.

West Mount are great! We have a nervous rescue dog and the vets and nurses are so understanding and gentle. Our dog feels very relaxed and comfortable when there.  Thank you for everything and making our trips to the vets easy and stress free!

My cat recently had major surgery from which he is recovering really well due to the excellent standard of care he received at every stage of his treatment.  Thank you to all Paddock and Halifax staff.

I have been with west mount vet's for at least 15 years and i wouldn't go anywhere else. All the staff, Nurse's, Vet's and management are all excellent and there's no messing around or umming and arring they are straight forward with you in the care of my girl's  dog's.

We've been using this vets for the past year with our nervous rescue dog. The staff have always been lovely and understanding of our worries with our dog and are very good at dealing with her!

2 of my fur babies were kept in here last year when they were seriously poorly. The staff there were amazing, they gave them lots of attention, as well as keeping me regularly updated on how they were and what they were doing treatment wise. Even stressed and worried sick I was still reassured that they were in safe hands

Very calm in our frightened situation with our puppy, very professional and friendly. Great people. Many Thanks
