Friendly staff. Got two of my ragdolls and oen african grey parrot with Gatehouse since last six years. Every time one of my pets is not well. I have found immediate help from Gatehouse, received accurate diagnosis and treatment. If your pet has not yet met Terry Croud the singing vet, then you do not know what you are missing.

Great to have found a vet who does snakes (and beardies and ferrets as well as cats and dogs). Lovely staff and a good atmosphere on general which is good when waiting for news of your pet.

Brilliant vets at this practice. And SO kind when I lost one of my guinea pigs on New Year's Day. Highly recommend this practice, although I've never yet heard Terry sing a tune I can recognise...

Fantastic vet. Worth the distance, as is about 20 minute drive for me. Traffic can be a pain due to the proximity to the BRI but outside of rush hour it's not bad. They have evening and out of your emergency appointments. You can tell they really care about the animals here! Beware the plastic bin on the way out the car park, it's currently bin = 2, car =0 for me....
