Sadly my darling boy was sent to doggy heaven on Friday the 14th October. We were told on the Wednesday that my boy had mouth cancer and that he was suffering . We were utterly heartbroken and decided not to be selfish and do the boy proud. We had one last amazing beautiful day with Reggie before he left us. Dan the vet was absolutely fantastic with us all,he really took care that we were all prepared for what was to come, My Reggie fell asleep in my arms on my chest while I kissed him good bye He was my heartbeat,my boy,my Reggie.xx
These wonderful people quite possibly saved my rabbit's life. She was seen immediately, on a Sunday night. Thorough examination and recovered fully. Thank you
They looked after my cat woody amazingly. Can't thank them enough. The service we received was faultless and we are greatful. The staff were so nice and really looked after my buddy. After being told if he didn't eat within 24 hours to bring him back ,just thought I would let you know that as soon as he got home he ran straight to the food bowl,he loves his food, not even a dental could keep him away from his bowl. Thank you again
Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped my lab put straight away on an emergency visit. Definitely recommend using them just due to how knowledge the staff are. Whilst I was there they were even bringing in agency staff to ensure they had enough capacity. Very empathetic
Initially really happy with how quick they got me an appointment. Communication pretty poor, when I had to make the awful decision of how to let my fur baby go, no call back and didn't know what had happened to him to phone up the day after to be told they don't deal with the cremation and that I needed to ring a private company. Was a little upset to say the least. At least the Crematiorian people were on the ball.
I had to bring my cat as an emergency because she'd eaten some rat poison. The receptionist behind the counter was so rude and judgemental..I've never been so embarrassed in my life. I knew I had to pay for the consultation/medicines etc as I'm not on benefits and it wasn't an issue, but the way she carried on, loudly, was shameful...asking me how many houses I own?!?!? Then she went round the corner and spoke bad of me in earshot of the people in the waiting room, wow!!! The actual vets/nurses are amazing, but the reception staff need to be taught manners/customer service.
rang today, and the lady on the phone was just rude…never felt so small in my life before…didn’t let me finish what I tried explaining, my pet had started to gasp for air and was lethargic…but according to the lady ‘it’s not really a emergency is it then love’. Never let me explain or even try ask for advice on what I could do just spoke to me like I’m stupid. my pet sadly past away about an hour after being on the phone to her. This is not for PSDA or anyone who works for vets bcos they are amazing, but too whoever was on the phone to me, I hope in the future you can help someone/someone’s pet in need. This will stick with me for the rest of my life. Disgusting.
Staff were good but waiting was long and waiting room was full, some dogs not on a lead which wasn't good for reactive dogs, kids not being watched by parents and left to run around touching pets.
Spoke to someone over the phone about my cat who needed urgent treatment due to a lump. Was told it was "probably" an abscess and to attempt to pop/drain it myself. I did my best, but my cat ended up scratching the site open and bled everywhere. He is now extremely hot, in obvious pain and I still can't find someone who will see him.
So glad I was able to take my princess to this vets. So helpful and gave me wonderful advice. Couldn't of asked for a better experience and better care for my baby Harley. Thank you from both of us
