This is an excellent caring establishment. My dog loves her annual checkup. All superb vets who really care about the animals and put them at ease.They are very helpful in emergency situations. I have been with them for 23 years and have found them to be the best in the Yorkshire area.

I have been going here since i had my cat who sadly passed away on 22nd February 2018 at the age of 16 years. The vets and all the staff have been really friendly. I recently received a card offering condolences for the passing of my cat. I would recommend Shearbridge Vets to everyone.

Although I personally am not a client, I had to make a late night appointment for a family member who had a very unwell senior dog. The staff where brilliant with both talking to me and the dogs owner. Very polite and courteous as well as keeping dignity for the dog

The receptionist was very rude. And unprofessional took my dog in witch had a water infection spoke to the vet about payment. Did a total rundown of the cost. I wasn't in a position to pay the full amount. Witch the vet was understanding about. I was told to speak to the receptionist about she refused to give me the medication unless I paid in full .having used them for quite a few years. We will be finding a new vet go elsewhere folks.
