I have tried several times to make an appointment to see a Consultant at this hospital. . .in vain.To say I was offered numbered options to press as many as nine which should have directed me in reasonable time to my destination ,I was left forced to listen to jarring machine made " music" for, on my last call nine and a half minutes after which I ended the call in exasperation.Why does this happen ,?

Had an hernia opperation on 1st feb and from the time i was there till when i left i could'nt fault a thing, everyone and everything was great so i just wanted to say a big thank you to all who cared for me that day especially Sancha who was the main nurse who looked after me, she was wonderful,Thank you.

This is a sad day for me as a patient of many years and always recommended as a premium the West Midlands Hospital not so now you can never get through on phone on any line just keep getting music all lines and no answers after trying for several days have now booked with Priory Hospital as for Ramsey care diabolical
I had surgery here the weekend, all the staff were lovely and happy and really made me welcome I cannot thank them enough . I was not left waiting around at any point and the room was very clean and comfortable.would definitely recommend this hospital.
I have recently stayed overnight and can't fault the care at this hospital. The nurses can't do enough for you and take really good care of you. The food was excellent and room spotlessly clean.
Using private medical insurance I genuinely believed I would get a much better service. After nearly 2 weeks, still no results from my MRI scan and despite my health care company asking on my behalf, I am still waiting for my results. Terrible service which echoes the negative comments below.
Staff and specialists made me feel more than comfortable. 1st class staff and facilities
