Have being a patient here for the past seven years. Have not had a problem with any doctors here. Great receptionists, nurses and doctors. Have used this doctors surgery a few times during my time as being a patient. Would recommend to others

So poor compared to my old doctors.  Can never get an appointment. A certain doctor hs always been rude with me and my son.  Waiting time is absolutely rediculous. Not impressed to be honest but due to where I live I can't change back doctors :(

After being a patient here for five years I feel I can give a good review. 4-5 years ago this surgery was a minus 1 with awful receptionists who took on a holier than thou, I know more than the doctor approach. Often demanding to know what was wrong with you so they could determine if you were worthy of an appointment or not as no explanation into the reason for such inquisition was ever given. I was even loudly accused of giving my daughter an overdose of antibiotics which I found immensely distressing heightened further by the fact I was accused within earshot of all of the seated and queued patients. This then lead to me dividing the total ml by the daily dosage and arguing back that it was supposed to run out on the day I revisited ( as advised by doc), which it had. Team this with the usual acid tongued barrage of nastiness when trying to make an appointment for my young children who we all know pick up regular bugs when they start nursery and school left me with a feeling of dread every time I wanted to make an appointment. It was so bad you actually hesitated to call despite genuine illness. Forward to present day the reception team are warmer, the hint of firmness still lingers but generally the entire experience of visiting the doctors which is stressful enough if you are unwell is no linger a harrowing experience. Whoever retrained the team deserves a medal or if its dues to former nasties leaving then hallelujah to the good luck fairies.

Im a new patient and have had quite a few appointments. 
Fantastic doctors, helpful & poilte reception staff.
Can not fault them at all.
Would recommend joining this surgery if your looking to move doctors.
