There are no words to express how amazing my experience here is and was. They literally saved my Springer Archie life. Without their compassion, determination, dedication and extreme passion for what they do he would not be here with us today. It may not be the cheapest place, but you get what you pay for. The premises are clean and well kept. The staff are polite and so grateful for any and all donations. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who needs their help. Thankyou to everyone there.

Visited the "out of hours service" with our very poorly chihuahua between Christmas and New year. Blood test and pain relief. Very expensive but as with most if not all pet owners the cost is irrelevant when it comes to our pets. Then a follow up appointment at our own practice the next day.
I had to rush my dog to the vet last night- he had suffered a stroke. Unfortunately there was nothing that could have been done to save him. The staff here were so understanding and so caring, they brought me a little comfort at a time of grief- I thank them for their support.
Cannot thank all the staff enough and I will be eternally grateful! The receoptionists and vets were compassionate from the very beginning. They saw my dog straight away and kept me updated on everything that was going on. Most of all, they went above and beyond to make sure I returned home with my best friend. Thank you all so much!
Lovely people work there and when you're in a worry, they really help! They explained all the after care and were very compassionate! Having to go on xmas day, they were amazing! Thank you to them!
Sadly, my girl had to join the stars, the staff was very professional and the vet was lovely. Gave us all the time we needed. Thank you so much.
These people are worth there weight in gold, there care and compassion towards both the animals and there humans are fantastic. Kind caring and compassionate to all. Thank u all xx
Took my cat Socks the this veterinary service on Monday. They examined him and stated he was very dehydrated. So the would keep him in over night on a dtip. Got a call to say collect him the next day. They said he was eating and drinking which was a complete lie, as he never touched anything when I got him home. They said he would have to have dental surgery. So they booked me into pdsa Wolverhampton. Took him there this morning. The vet gave him a good examination. He said it was not his teeth. Socks I fact had a large tumour under his tongue. At 8.30am i lost my boy socks. Pdsa in Oldbury you are disgraceful.for not telling me the truth and making my poor Socks suffer another night.
Mixed feelings. Some of the public facing staff are just wonderful and caring. Others not so much. I hope with regards to these ones it was just an off day for them. They treated my cat for cancer. Covid meant that they didn't see her until it was too late and was a terminal diagnosis. At the very end they were truly marvelous and I appreciate the fact that it wasn't a rushed affair and they gave me all the time to say goodbye.
