This was my second ever wax but my first time visiting Diana at West End Waxing - so I guess I am a waxing newbie, but I think I’ll be getting waxed more regularly after my experience today! I felt super comfortable. Diana is very professional and creates a relaxing atmosphere - plus she’s got great chat! She was very meticulous and not one strand of hair was missed from my full leg, Hollywood and underarm wax : I’m so glad I’ve found someone I can keep going back to!
As a first time waxer I was pretty nervous but Diana made me feel very relaxed and comfortable in her treatment room. She was so professional and made what could have been an embarassing situation, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend Diana to anyone in the future who is a little wary and nervous.
