Established in 2001, Hair by Hanlon is a family run salon in the West End of Glasgow. We pride ourselves on our team of friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable hair stylists.

Whether you are looking to change your style or have a specific event to attend - we can help!

We nurture a family atmosphere and our clients are part of that family. Our salon can be a hub of activity - from students studying and friends catching up, to wedding parties getting ready for the big day.

Booked a "wedding  day" hair trial appointment and appointments for my daughter's wedding day Bride and Mother of the Bride. Appointments were booked well in advance for her wedding in July.    Salon have emailed to advise that there is now no stylist available and gave her names of other hairdressers in the area. Very Disappointed  and not very good Customer Service.

There’s a really good atmosphere in the shop- staff are friendly and helpful. Julie had been my hairdresser for years now, I followed her from her last place of work. She helped me to transition from dark brown and grey to a blonde- her colour work is excellent and I always leave feeling great. I compare appointments with meeting up with a friend for coffee-  considering how many clients she must see, she always remembers what I’ve been up to and asks after family. She’s friendly and always has a story or two to share about her own life and family. The exotic fish tanks are a novel idea and keep you mesmerised when getting your hair washed. A+ all round.

I just had my hair cut here by Dani and she was absolutely spot on with the haircut. She's attentive, has great listening skills and understood how I wanted my hair to be cut. Good haircut and fast service. They don't keep you hanging around for ages waiting like some other hairdressers. Reasonably priced.

A great place for haircut and colouring. I had my haircut today and Billy had been amazing. I love my new look. I am very bad at taking care of my hair...so he also explained how I would be able to maintain this look. Everyone in the salon is very friendly and warm. I am sure going back there again.
