Absolutely lovely staff with real talent, even the trainee stylists are great. Never regret trusting these people with my hair. I've seen them do wonders to all types of hair, curly, straight, mature. Whatever the style, these guys will sort you out.

This is my second visit to this amazing hairdressers the staff are all wonderful and attentive!!  Just wanted to express how happy I am with the progress of my aging  hair thanks to my colour stylist Martin taking care to repair the damage caused by other salons over processing my fragile hair, my hair finally feels in safe hands. Also wanted to point out that the products the salon uses are all high end .... this Salon really cares about hair and scalp health. 5 stars from me. Looking forward to my next visit

This is my first time in this salon, and let me tell you, it was the best experience I have ever had! I was in for hair colour with Ian and the results are stunning! I am literally obsessed with my hair!   Ian himself is super friendly and gave me plenty of advice for my hair    I highly recommend this salon!!!!ServicesHair coloring

Extremely disappointed with my Hair cut. It was my first time and had my appointment with Gary. I showed him a picture of what I wanted but he did nothing like that picture. He cut a huge chunk of my hair from the front without any definition and I am left with a horrible looking hair. I regret the very moment I decided to book this salon. Worst experience with senior Stylist Gary. He was not professional, very rude not friendly at all. I would not recommend this Salon at all.

Extremely disappointed by the service today after being a regular customer for years.  My money piece highlights I loved have been ruined today in the salon whilst getting my routes done. I have dark routes with greys coming through and had a money piece with a shadow route.  I’m a regular customer who has been going to the salon for three years and had no issues until recently.  I had my money piece done in June last year  and was getting my grey routes coloured dark every month until December and had no issues with the money piece getting darker.  The lady who does my money piece clearly said I only need bleach twice a year as she did a shadow route.  I got my money piece moved higher up end of December when it was grown out. I’ve been back to get my roots coloured since and again didn’t have any issues with money piece getting darker.  Went back today to get my greys done and my money piece was made much darker and can’t be seen anymore. It’s extremely subtle now.  Colourist argued that there was no change to the money piece and tried to make me look at it in the sun. Manager defended the colourist saying that it hasn’t been effected, however he  also that it is normal for the money piece to get darker which it clearly had! whilst getting routes. I showed him a picture from a week ago where the money piece was much lighter and he argued that it was taken in the sun but I then showed him a picture taken indoors. Both the manager and another senior stylist argued that I should have had my money piece moved higher ages ago however I had no issues last year when I waited six months in between bleaching. I had a chunky bit at the front and this has been completely ruined today. Colourist was Lisa.

V relaxed but professional atmosphere where the hairdressers care very much about what they do.  Polished but comfortable decor.  High level of customer care.  Would return.

Great hairdressers. Nick did a great job of cutting and colouring my hair. It’s perfect. They also managed to fit me in last minute. Very thankful and very appreciative.

I used to have a generally unpleasant impression of the hairdressers because the haircuts I got were never truly satisfying me - they were good on their own but just didn’t really make me feel oh it’s me, that’s my style hope this makes sense. However, it all changed when I got my first haircut with Carolyn - She is not only a passionate and talented hairdresser but also a wonderful woman. She usually dry cut my hair and follow the natural hair waves and texture to personalised the hairstyle - it’s so unique and can’t be copied by anyone else. I do appreciate her because she truly is a hair artist and every movement she does on the hair is the movement of art. I’ve received lots of compliments about my hair, so I would like to highly recommend Carolyn, she is unique.

I went in to West End Hair after I had balayage done at another salon which ended up being too light and warm. I love the colour Corrin got my hair to - they were able to make the balayage look subtle and natural. The salon is friendly and welcoming and I felt really comfortable there.

Ian at West End Hair is absolutely amazing! I have been trying to achieve a specific look with my hair colour for years and he hit it on the spot first time - will never go to anyone else! Incredibly knowledgeable and professional :
