We had an excellent stay at the AC Glasgow. Great location near the rail station and George's Square. The hotel is beautifully designed. Our room was nicely appointed, quiet with a very comfortable bed.nBest of all was the service. Neil at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. Thanks for making it a great stay!

Beautiful well maintained and well run hotel. A little bit awkward to get into by car even using our satnav. We were at a charity ball which ran very smoothly and the food was excellent. Alcohol is very expensive so keep that in mind. The rooms are well presented and fresh. The bed and pillows were fantastic. All in a lovely experience.

This hotel is undergoing renovations but we got a refurbished room. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable and the room was small but clean. We were a 15 mins walking distance from everything we wanted to do and see.nnWhat makes this a four star stay was the impeccable service we received this morning from Rachel at breakfast. Thank you for your recommendations and for the lovely coffee Rachel!

Exceptional Experience at Marriott Hotel!nnI recently stayed at the Marriott Hotel, and everything was absolutely fantastic! A special thank you to Federica, who provided exceptional customer service over the phone prior to our stay, ensuring that everything was confirmed and perfectly arranged. Upon arrival, the experience only got better — Federica continued to provide excellent customer care, and the rest of the reception team was just as warm and welcoming.nnThe staff truly go above and beyond to make guests feel valued, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable. They deserve more than 5 stars for their outstanding service!nnI’m already looking forward to my next visit. Thank you, Federica, and the entire Marriott team!

I stayed here for 4 nights with my family and my parents, who were in a close-by room on the 12th floor. Both our rooms were completely refurbished and very close to the Executive Lounge, which was included in our rate.nnThe attendants in the Executive Lounge were professional and courteous. We enjoyed the food options and the coffee machine every night.nnThe included breakfast in our rate was excellent as well. There were many choices and the staff were great at noticing what needed refilling.nnWe had a couple of issues, such as a non-working telephone in one of our rooms and a brief loss of power due to ongoing refurbishments, but a conversation with staff helped us to resolve these issues.nnThe manager was very professional. If we're in Glasgow again, I would not hesitate to reserve a room at the Marriott again.
