Wesley House is a lovely, almost fine dining, restaurant on the Main Street in Winchcombe. We sat and had a drink by the fire while they took our order which was a really nice way to start the night. Moved into the main dining area for our starters and the room is a little over the top with fairy lights. Generally, the feel of the place isn’t overly consistent - couldn’t quite understand what they were going for. Started with a baked Camembert and bread. The cheese could have been warmer, but it was tasty nonetheless. And the bread was crispy, fresh and delicious. For mains, we ordered a sirloin steak and the halibut. Both were really well cooked and delicious. Healthy servings too, considering it’s quite upmarket. The food was really good, the service was nice, but it was a little overpriced for the quality. Still a very nice place for a weekend dinner!

Beautiful black and white timbered hotel and restaurant. Our room was very characterful. The slope on the floor had to be experienced.

Old place full of character. Really great place to stay. Well kept and in keeping with the character. My downside was the bed was not the best... but did the job none the less as i was flat out....

Food and ambience were amazing. Would highly recommend the Wesley to anyone.
