When my mother returned from an appointment there for one of my sisters who has special needs, she felt disrespected by the staff. When she first arrived, the receptionist was unwelcoming, rude, and impatient towards my sister When she went to sit for her appointment, they were 20 minutes late, and when my mother said she didn't know she needed to bring proof of address, etc., she was told "that's not a good enough excuse”.
Very bad! Some very bad staff. Especially Abdul the flirt he checks me out and go through women files that he likes and then became my new coach. Then he made lies up behind me, try set me up a few times when he couldn't get his ways, lies on system too. He also ask my number infront of dark security man and I felt I had to give it because of what he did. Even though he knows I dating someone for while. And then I left because he made/ gonna make things worser and affected my health more. Glad I don't have to be around such awful people that use and abuse their positions and make different lies up and get their colleagues to do their dirty work for them. I have lost more trust in these people.
A lady called Nicole was acting disrespectful and when I asked her to talk with manners she refused to do my appointment..I'm taking this further and I have witnesses and evidence and I won't stop until she's quicker out from there
They have discriminated me during covid and was unprofessional. Stuff members were unhelpful and rude. I explore problem but they believed they were above it.
if i had the choice I wouldn’t even give these guys 1 star the staff are really rude and some the sercurity the look at you inappropriately as well as the male staff members the make you feel guilty and low when you haven’t done anything won’t i would say stay away from the advisor abdul as he acts like she’s your foes d and he’s a good listener he make a lot of fibs about you and he stopped my account making it look like i have r been applying for jobs and making jokes of to to other colleagues and the sercurity guards and then looking at me and i have a disability and it has made my confidence level go down
It is bad service i have baby 1 years and 11 month and i am pregnant i have 6 month they sent me appointment search for work i sent for them i have baby and pregnant they ask me about matb1 i bring it and sent for them journal to send attachment to upload it they didn’t answer i call them and their colleague put for them not before my appointment from 3 days they didn’t answer i went to appointments the person who met me she shocked and ask me who sent for you this appointment i gave her matb1 she took copy and she told me you must not come to here any appointments you must to cancel then after 7 days the same person who met me sent attached to upload matb1 this already with them and sent me illnesses and healthy form I didn’t know what i must to put i call them and somebody help me to filled it and we explain for them i am pregnant and i have baby and i uploaded matb1 than they sent me appointment i think the stuff in this jobcentre they don’t read the journal and they don’t look for people circumstance i have baby 1 years and 11 more nth and i am pregnant i have 6 month how i will work just i want to do complain about that because it is bad service and my daughter have the same problem she was appointment but she didn’t attend she tell them she sick they ask her about evidence or letter she brought it from gb she has more than 20 days sent for them more than 10 journal to ask them to send attachment to upload they didn’t answer yet I don’t know how about this services ce i was in Harlesden jobcentre the stuff their very good and they answer about any journal less than 48 hours but wembley job centre very very very bad service
Rude, unhelpful staff that don't see you as an individual needing assistance while looking for work. Rather, they see you as a leech taking their money. They wanted me to apply for jobs on their pitiful Universal Jobmatch and sign in weekly while offering no help. All the job interviews I got was from my own initiative. They even tried to sanction me because I could not attend a weekly signing because I was at a job interview! This is despite the fact that I had told them in advance.
Very unprofessional people working there. Shut your place. Just waste of time. I was called at least 15 20 times but they didn't received my call if by mistake they picked they always told me that we call you back but today I was 3 months I didn't find single call from that side they didn't deserve 1 star . Very unhappy and never suggest anyone.
I had my interview with Anita today. She just lied to me about everything and told me my application was OK. Until I left and got a notification saying it was declined. Very unprofessional.
