This significant delay caused considerable inconvenience. The post office failed to meet the basic expectations of an express service. I would advise others to seek alternative options for urgent deliveries."
Worse post office I ever visited Very Old staff, very very slow, too many questions. Even to deposit cash they take hours n than too much formalities even for two twenty pounds notes u have write on the paper the denomination...or else they won't accept the cash to deposit. And the staff there are very rude n not helpful.. If I could suggest than they can either retire the staff and hire new. Staff o permanently close this post office because the staff there are not fit to work
The post office staff are very nice but the man in the shop at the front is incredibly rude! Just buy your envelope and whatever you need elsewhere
The staff not helpful just on their phone I went there for Document Certification Service which is clearly mentioned on the website. When I went there they told me they don’t do it go elsewhere. Shame on the people working there representing Royal Mail
This is a lovely local Post Office. The staff represent the better parts of humanity and if you speak to them courteously they will go beyond what is normal to offer you help and advice. Treat them badly and you risk recieving a professional version of what you invest - mild distance and indifference common to all business representatives. I have been enjoying their service for almost ten years and must say they have become my favourite business to frequent on the whole of Ealing Road. I'd highly recommend their service and suggest you pop in and say hello when you have the opportunity. 10/10
Very rude and unhelpful staff. I just requested for 1 piece of tape or 1 stapler pin so i can seal my parcel and then buy ticket but refused and said buy tape from there shop. Similarly my dad visited last month & without asking they putted first class tracking ticket instead of first class normal ticket which dad said so unnecessary oaid more just for letter.
Not often write reviews, but I wish to say thank you to the staff in the post office. I asked advice to renew my 10 year passport. They told me they can do it online with them there and then I followed there advice and it’s cheaper than what I was thinking. Can you believe it the passport has arrived back in less than 10 days people. Please don’t believe the media because the media make things more expensive all of us. They cause problems and panic . so well done to the post office for your advice and well done the passport office, for fantastic service only 10 days from start to finish and they email you each part of the way .. so for me, I had a great experience. This is the first time I’ve been to the post office and happy recommend going there again.
I had a rather disappointing encounter with the Indian lady and gentleman working at the post office. They displayed unprofessional behavior and were unhelpful when I sought assistance. Instead of offering assistance, they seemed preoccupied with their own concerns. This experience left me feeling quite frustrated and unsatisfied.
Hi all, I visited Alperton branch today 20/12/22 I was in contact with and old skinny gentlemen, may I said that he was the rudest man I have ever encounter. I come to the branch to follow up on a parcel that I sent on the 10/12/22, as far as I'm aware, it has been received from the post office but since then it has been scan further. I have try to explain to this gentleman the situation, however he straight away went on the defensive, and said to me that I could call the police and get them to search the branch as its not her, I have try to explain him what Royal Mail said to me when I called them to chase it at this point the gentlemen shush me and didn't want me to go further in my explanations. I did as him not to do so, and he keep on doing it 2 more times. I said to him that parcel should be around and he called me LIAR, I have ask to speak to the manager who did not seems to be bother either as he told me that he wasn't it fault, and told me to go to the depot to found my parcel. I have ask the old gentlemen to treat me with respect, but than he started to talk in is own language to the manager. Very unprofessional way to be treated, being disrespected like this in front of the all post office has been a very unpleasant experience. The worst is that the manager let his employee doing so. I was ashamed to be treated this way. He was extremely disrespectful and did not change his behaviour when kindly ask him.
Just avoid going here, better deliver your parcel in person yourself.
