Rude Asian woman behind the counter, has no manners or sense in how to respond to a customer asking a simple question, on the other hand the guy sometimes does give an ok service , but overall terrible service from what is meant to be a post office not a shop in a backward village. The woman needs customer care training, not going back anymore there .
Nice little shop with a post box outside. Staff are great. Very tiny store but it does its job very well. Free cash machine outside which comes in handy. Photo booth inside and does electric at the moment. :- Lady explained a recommendation of postage which I didn’t know was available and a much better option. Thank you. I got my rosary beads here years ago and still have them. Great quality. There ornaments are so beautiful. I saw the guy behind the checkout come forward from behind the desk to help a lady who was struggling. What a gentleman!

Can get busy at times but staff do try their best. The store has recently been refitted to a high standard and they now offer a large range of items including magazines and confectionery in addition to the usual post office services.
I always have excellent service here, the people who run the counter are very friendly and helpful, completely different to the other post office run up the high road. Would normally be 5 stars however the last time I went I was recommended to use the sign for 2nd class postage in order to ensure the company i was returning my package to can't deny that they received my package because they would have signed for it. I was told it would be delivered in 3 days and this was reflected in the cost, however a week later it still hasn't been delivered and a call to Royal Mail customer services tells me that actually there is no 3 days guarantee but 2 weeks! This puts me beyond the deadline for the company to receive their return. I wish I had not been misled like this as I could have paid for a guaranteed delivery or a private courier had I known this. This is the only issue I have had with this post office however and Im only writing this because my returns were valuable, regardless, I will continue to use this branch as I don't anticipate anything like this happening again and Ive always had stellar customer service.
I went to collect an item and staff member refused to check my name even though I called them up prior and they said I it was there and I could come and collect it. On arrival I was very polite and gave the lady by name but she striaght refused and told me to go back to the Wembley main Post Office The lady was very rude and could not speak English properly. In the end the item was right behind her. Avoid this is Post Office and shop the staff are rude and talk down to people who they feel look inferior. They don't treat everyone equally and in a polite manner.
Opens at 9am sometimes at 10 am !!
I avoided the other post offices After reading bad reviews and these ladies were friendly and helpful. Worth going 10 minutes further to make the point that good service counts in my opinion.
I m a regular custome r and always had a good service at Wembley post office near triangle this time cashier named nazia was really unprofessional,I was served at 16.58 counter right hand side when you enter , it happened to be a just randomly asked question about the envelope price as last time the ticket was different on the panel and just happened to ask is the price gone higher , she replied saying no it’s been two years the price is same I said it’s fine no problem as last time I came with my husband and he showed me , the reason I asked the cashier as I was choosing the bigger envelope and my husband said take this it’s nice and reasonable , so that’s the only reason I asked tought gone higher or a mistake , made the payment and I just happened to browse the receipt of my last payment and I showed to the cashier, the cashier saw and said it’s the same ,so I said it’s fine no problem , but the cashier commented right infront of other customers saying again it’s been two years whatever’s whatever and made a rude comment saying your just trying to prove your point, I mean how could you be so unprofessional why would you take it personal and also if you think customer trying to prove her point which was clearly not which you assumed don’t not say to customers on their face bad customer mannerisms.when I asked for her name she had so much of attitude and said ya ya take my name Let me clear i don’t mind paying the price but as a customer they have right to ask , it’s not down to you today to them they are trying to prove their point right infront of other customers. May be your system has that price set up but on the rail was a different amount it was just a query
