Waiting for some repairs for 7 years. Still given the runaround even after stage 2 complaints. I went to report them to the Housing Ombudsman but they are not registered...which I am sure is illegal. They have an appaling lack of service and the place is run by people who don't give a toss. Brent is the most awful place to live, so filthy and run down. I'd like to know whose pocket our Council tax is going in, because it's definitely not spent on upkeep.
I had a call with Angela and she was absolutely lovely and assisted me in speaking through a horrible ordeal i had which required me to seek urgent repair. Thank you so much! Before this i was through to a horrible woman who ended the call on me 2 times unfortunately I don't know her name but she shouldn't be allowed to do this job. I hope more people can be like Angela and have a heart to care about people who require urgent repairs. Thank you Angela
Reported a blocked gutter last month. Nothing was done, now I have a leak in the kitchen as a result of excessive rain pouring onto the wall. Tried to contact brent council using their website, full of useless information and difficult to find information for emergency repair.
BHP is a total caos. Officers change from one week to other. Is imposible to speak with someone who can provide right answers. Contacting them by phone is a waste of time holding the line for ages and later being tranfer throw departments and officers that have no clue.
Been on hold twice for 45mins. Then managed to speak to someone called Sagal who was absolutely unhelpful, the contractor was useless lied about booking a plumber in for us as we have been without hot water for a week considering there is an elderly person living in the house with several health conditions!!!
Arrive at Brent Civic Center. On the phone for 35 minutes. Somebody is sent down. Waiting for 20 minutes. Only payment accepted is £22.50 Postal Order for new key. Something is clearly wrong here.
BHP displays such incompetence, at almost all levels of administration, that I wouldn't have enough space to detail it in a Google review. BHP's ability in dealing with property repairs is noteworthy in being exceptionally bad. For example, they often send tradesmen for repairs without telling you when they will arrive or even if they coming at all. For instance, as a resident you might be at work and then you receive a random call from BHP saying "the carpenters outside, can you let him in your flat". Other times, they might send a tradesmen who will take photos of the repair problem who subsequently files a report to BHP so that a follow up appointment can made for the repair. They then leave the flat. Weeks pass by. You then call BHP to see how things are progressing, only to be told that they have absolutely no record of the report/photos AND that nothing will or can be done about it....AND that if you still want something to be done about it, a tradesmen must revisit to assess the repair. You end up suffering because they messed up. In summary, if you want to live in a BHP owned property, my advice is to learn to become self sufficient as you cannot rely on them.
If you want headache/high blood pressure call BHP them and wates is a complete nightmare the worst
Waiting on Brent Partnership phoneline most of this day to find out about a call out to a elderly disabled persons home, no answer and their online website is not even working, disappointing.
Unreliable service don’t recommend waste of time and don’t take you serious and not helpful at all
