My bf and I absolutely love bringing Kobe here. The staff are so welcoming and treat Kobe w/ so much love even when she runs into their back office lol To all doctors who have seen or treated Kobe, thank you for all that you do. She loves Western. We are so happy with the choice we made making this our designate clinic for our fur baby.
We started going here around 15 years ago with my family dog when my dad and I moved close by. I’ve since moved around the city, but always bring my animals there. The staff is wonderful and so helpful. My cranky cat who hates everyone, is so good with them. Highly recommend this vet clinic!
Dr MacDougall and all of the support staff are always friendly and inviting. We are new to the puppy world and they have made us feel comfortable every step of the way. They are all extremely knowledgeable and you can tell everybody loves animals, which is not always the case. Thanks for all you do.
western animal hospital took such amazing care of our sweet pup. they truly loved him like their own and were super personable and patient with us every appointment! unfortunately we’ve moved across the country and our only complaint is that they’ve set the bar so high it feels impossible to find a good vet haha! we cannot thank the team at western enough for being so amazing at what they do!
We typically deal with another vet but because our girl passed away unexpectedly, we turned to Western Animal Clinic. My first contact was Elizabeth who was knowledgeable and compassionate on the phone. I am unsure who we dealt with upon bringing Ellie in, but they were also so great.. Very glad to have our girl back home. Thank you.
I love Western Animal Clinic! I've only been a client for a couple of months since I got my kitten. Our vet is so kind and listens to any concerns I've had. Very gentle and loving towards my kitten who LOVES attention. And anytime I need clarification on procedures, I'm given enough information to feel confident that my kittens' needs and care are a priority. The receptionists are also friendly. I guess I can't say much on pricing because I only have one animal. In my opinion, the pricing has been fair as far as the checkup fees and my kittens vaccinations. I recommend Western Animal Clinic to anyone with pets
Sadly, we had to put down our dog down after a long illness. Winston had the best care all the way to the end of his 8 yrs of life. Thanks to the compassionate staff, we were able to say goodbye to him. We will see the staff soon with our new puppy ;
The doctors are wonderful, especially Dr. Thomas. The staff are like family. They treat my old Bruno and little Floie so good!! In a time where Vet's are in high demand, I'm so glad I stayed with such an great group of people.
They saw my mother's cat last Monday and said he was just having an allergic reaction to something. Tonight we're having him put down. Turns out he's severely diabetic, and was suffering from a massive infection. Now his body is septic and he has almost no platelets. Shame on you.
