Story

There has been a veterinary clinic in Connaught Street since 1872. We are very proud of our long history in the street and our location right in the heart of our capital city.

2011 sees our most recent expansion into bigger and better equipped premises.
The clinic entrance is now at no 63, the shop entrance is at no 61.

I highly recommend Dr.Jack! He is always so patient and compassionate when it comes to caring for my kitty. He takes his time to understand my kitty and gives personalized care with caution to not stress them out. My usually shy cat warms up to Dr.Jack real fast. Dr.Jack provides actionable advice and doesn’t upsell like some other vet practices. I’ll be very sad if Dr.Jack ever closes his practice . Dr. Jack genuinely cares for his patients and it shows. Just an all around reliable, caring, and experienced vet. This means so much to me . Thanks Dr Jack.
I can't believe how nice everyone is at this office ....and Dr Jack, well he walked into the examination room like an old friend . He puts you right at ease and he pulls no punches. He told us straight up what was needed and what the cost would be....no second guessing.. And he was so gentle and caring with our Rusty...that means everything to me. The girls at the front desk set up an appointment for us and when I called to ask a few questions about the procedure they answered all of my questions and did not rush me off the phone. Brilliant!!! I feel so confident in the care my dog will receive .
Dr. Jack has been looking after our dog for almost 11 years. Our boy has definitely tested Dr. Jack and he has always come through for us! Highly recommend.

I take my dog here always for annual check-ups and vaccines. Doctors and technicians are skilled and knowledgeable. Yesterday an emergency came up for my dog and thankfully they helped fix the issue.
Dr Jack and his staff/team @ Hyde park hospital. This year we decided to go to this vet because it was close to home for our new pup.. unfortunately we had to go back a few months later with our Senior Rottweiler and she had to cross the rainbow bridge due to Pyometra. The level of care and compassion is incomparable to anywhere else I have EVER been in over a decade of owning my fur babies. They were very quick to help us make a same day appointment if they were able to. Considering it was the worst day of my life, I am beyond grateful she had this team of loving vets. They are honest with prices, and didn’t push tests that were unnecessary. They are very educated, and only want literally what’s best for your fur baby and your family. The biggest plus for me was how communicative they were in such a stressful time. The patience they had for me when I was stuck with no time to make a decision I will also be forever grateful for. We will continue to take our pup there as we believe they are some of the best, most reliable vets in London.
Can’t recommend Dr. Jack more, he is the kindest and best vet. Our dog marshy had strange hair loss case, Dr Jack has been very responsive on our visit and thru email communication. We finally figured out the issue at the end. Absolutely best vet at London
Each visit has been wonderful! From routine checkups and vaccinations to more complex issues, this clinic handles it all with ease. Every staff member has been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. They go above and beyond, patiently answering all of my questions so we can leave confident. Then they follow up with a call to make sure my pup is doing better.
Dr. Jack and staff are amazing. We took our kitten to this clinic because of the google reviews, and were happy that we choose this clinic. Dr. Jack cares so much about the fur babies, and he is always willing to answer questions. They also provide excellent service. I highly recommend this clinic.
Great pricing combined with kind and courteous front desk help. The Dr. was informative plus she was very kind to my 113lb rottie. Would definitely recommend.
