While across London from our usual Medivet location our cat's terminal illness took a turn for the worse and we brought her to the Notting Hill location. We had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye. However the care and professionalism we experienced at this practice was truly touching. My husband and I are so thankful to the entire team for their compassion, patience, and kindness, shown to us both on that day and the difficult days that followed.
My puppy ate a large bone and I was able to schedule an appointment straight away. In less than one hour they were able to diagnose him and call me to explain the next steps. Surgery went well, great communication and care. The team was so helpful and Samba was throughly looked after.
The best vet Azahara at Notting Hill Medivet has moved to the Fulham branch - so I have followed her. It’s clear she loves per patients and goes above and beyond to look after them. It’s a rare quality and much appreciated
Very professional office with high quality of care. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful. They get us in quickly, do a thorough job, and bill insurance promptly. The vets are very knowledgeable and genuinely care. Our dog still loves going there even after he’s been given shots and been neutered. We have tried other vets that are cheaper but ultimately you get what you pay for and we felt the others were not as knowledgeable and didn’t provide the level of care we expected after coming to Medivet.
I worked at this surgery personally and although I had to leave due to moving country - I have such a long standing appreciation for the professionalism and high standard of care provided here. Your pets are in the safest of hands with Emma, Rebecca and an outstanding team. I have worked in many practices both in the UK and Ireland and can honestly say you simply won’t find more caring, knowledgeable and capable vets and nurses. I can’t speak highly enough of their abilities. I only wish I lived closer as I would be a lifelong client for sure! Nao

I really like this practice. I've got to know the different members of staff whilst they've been looking after my cats and they are seem friendly to both me and my cats, reassuring, dedicated, efficient, knowledgeable and devoted to the pets in their care.
I WOULD 100% swerve these guys - they just care about money and all their vets are trained to upsell and try and get as much £££ out of you as possible. I am shocked by their charges. They even charged me for blanket fee for my dying dog. TOTAL CROOKS out for one thing, to make a profit. You never see the same vet and notes aren't properly noted down so the vet does not have full picture of your pets health. I spent over 4k with them to try and save my pet. I was not updated properly along the way. I know for a fact that they employ young vets instead of experienced vets to save on salary costs - A vet who used to work there told me to stay away and I wish I did.
Make sure you insure your pets before they are 6 at the latest! It’s really important my dog needs surgery that the blue cross overlooked! I am an artist don’t have a salaried job! So do in bc my best to raise £2 1/2k for my boys operation my advice is for proper medical treatment insure your dog! Stephen Chan Lacey
