I was in the area on holiday and wanted a good Chinese takeout. I was guided by the good reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. Even with the good reviews I was still surprised how good the food tasted. Waiting time was long but all good restaurants will have a queue of some sort. We spent £43.50 on food for 4 adults and didn’t even eat half the food. Portions are definitely reasonable!!!
The best Chinese takeaway in the area. We have visited the area year upon year regularly having tried all the other takeaways we had overlooked this one as it used to be an Indian and didn’t notice it had changed as we had a break in visiting through the pandemic. We tried it for the first time this evening and were thoroughly impressed. Food was delicious really flavoursome and excellent portion sizes. The gentleman working behind the counter was very friendly we will definitely be back.
On holiday in the area and fancied a Chinese for dinner. Nice enough & reasonable value we thought. Asked for chicken and cashew nuts with no garlic but got back to our caravan to discover they’d not put any cashew nuts in it Who asks for Chicken and cashew without the cashews????? Sweet and sour Cantonese usually a safe bet was very sweet and lacking in the sour. Couldn’t eat it all. The noodle dishes were nice however.
Got take out during our recent holiday. The food was tasty, fresh and only a 30 minute wait for collection. Would highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken!
Traditional Chinese "chip shop" takeaway. Good food, but service can be very slow - it's probably best to phone your order in but be prepared for the line to be engaged. The salt & pepper chicken is particularly good.
Filled a gap but wouldn’t rush back. Chicken chow mien had huge lumps of chicken. We had other dishes too, and while it as ok it just didn’t feel perfectly prepared. Huge waiting times of about an hour on bank holiday Monday evening but everywhere in the area had massive queues
First time at this Restaurant. Food was ready in quick time . Was ample portions.... Food was very tasty indeed. Would recommend
So impressed with this takeaway, the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the satay dishes and salt and pepper chips- they were so, so good. The satay sauce is one of the best sauces I’ve ever had. Will definitely be ordering again :
Food was very nice had chips with curry sauce crispy beef and king prawn fried rice food was full of flavour and perfectly cooked definitely would recommend this to people
We tried here as we were staying near Portmadog. Had salt and pepper chips, crispy wonton, egg fried rice, lemon chicken and chicken in black bean sauce. The lemon chicken was better than any we've had at our home takeaways and everything else was tip top. We had to wait 45 minutes but we ordered at 8pm on a bank holiday Saturday evening so it's expected. Would definitely recommend.
