A popular chippy with a wide range of options, very happy we discovered it this evening. Decent portion, crisp battered haddock - really enjoyed.
Absolutely perfect fish and chips!! The haddock was cooked to perfection and the batter - so light and perfectly seasoned - it’s been years since I had fish and chips this good! What a gem!
Came here after it was recommended to me by my grandad. This place did not disappoint. Friendly service. Chips were piping hot, freshly made and the chicken wrap was absolutely perfect.nWill 100% be coming back when we next visit!
The fish was incredibly meaty and fresh, with a thin and crispy batter. The chips were freshly made and the sauces were excellent. One of the best fish and chips we’ve had in recent years!
Ended up here on a shift.. all I can say is amazing! We now hope for jobs this way for our meal breaks, always happy to see us and fantastic quality every time. Fish is fresh and melts in your mouth, chips just perfect. Hopefully end up that way soon. Thanks as always to the team, we certainly will be in if we are that way! They do have sit in as well, but we are usually later when it’s closed for the evening but there is a small seated area for us to get out the ambo for a while.
