This was the worst taxi experience I have had in my life. I called them far in advance to tell them I need a lift to coach station by 8:45..i needed to catch the coach on time due to an emergency. The operator assured me that the cab will be at mine for 8:15. At 8:25 it still didn't show even though I had a txt to confirm they left. I rang again and they reassured me. Even though I received a text, still no show. I tried calling the driver and operator several times and I couldn't get through. It arrived but it was too late and I missed my coach. I would strongly advise not to use 247 Cars. I am very disappointed.

Absolute waste of time. First time I have tried. Taxi did not turn up. Waited for an hour, made loads of calls. Last call I asked is it going to turn up, I got told: I don't know!! I ended up having to drive. Woke up next morning to 8 texts from this Taxi Company. All came through after midnight to 2am. Laughable.

The worst taxi service so far! Ordered taxi by 5:15pm to come for 5:50pm. Taxi didn't turn up on time. Called them by 6pm, they mention another 5 mins to wait. After waiting for 15 mins instea called them again to hear that it will take another 5-10mins because its busy! If you don't have enough of taxi to send on time simply mention it instead of making people wait for ages and getting late for important business meeting!!!!

Won't let me write a review so I will share the companies Page. I ordered a taxi paid by card and driver has cancelled. Called the base they said it will take 24 hours for payment to go back on card and would have to pay again, explained I got no cash on me. Women said nothing she can do and not her problem and put the phone down on me . Disgusting customer service
