I'd love to know why they charged my mother in law 13£ for a 0.7 mile journey ? I got her a taxi back home and it was 4£ ... absolute rip off merchants! Unless he pulled a swift one taking advantage of her!!!!!

PLEASE AVOID. JUST CALLED THIS FIRM FOR A TAXI.. THEY HAVE MADE ME WAIT WITH A CHILDOUTSIDE IN THE COLD. THEN WHEN I CALLED BACK 20MIN LATER. THEY HAVE SAID THE DRIVER HAS BEEN ANS GONE SO USE ANOTHER TAXI FIRM....PLEASE AVOID. RUDE. AVOID.
