I am always a little apprehensive when it comes to anything with my car.  You can feel a little like you are at the mercy of the garage that you take it to, if they will be honest in the recommendations that they make with work required.  I have to say that Webber Motor Company in Crawley is a fantastic garage.  They explain what needs to be done clearly, breaks down the cost and will do what they can to accommodate you.  The first time I took my car to them was to get a quote as someone had gone into the side of my car door.  I had been told by other garages that the door would need to be replaced, sprayed etc. it was going to cost a lot more than I could afford.  I took it to Webber Motor Company who offered to try and panel beat the dent out.  They did a wonderful job, looks good as new.  I have been going back for MOT and services since.  Thanks Webber Motor Company!

I have been using this company for 4 years now as it is close to my work in the town centre. 
My car unfortunately failed it's MOT recently and needed some work done. I needed my car back ASAP and the staff were extremely helpful to ensure I had it back quickly. Being a female I was worried about what was being changed, I didn't ask but they showed me visually where my brake pads had worn down which gave me great peace of mind.
The quoted price came in cheaper in the end as well!

Very good. I have used Webber motor company for many years, always great prices and great customer service. I wouldn't take my Mercedes-Benz C class AMG anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Absolutely shocked. They have done my MOT and cambelt replacement last year, May 2017. I had to take the car back 2 times, because the oil was leaking so badly I lost nearly 2 litres of oil in 2 days. So they said they changed it. Months later, another mechanic said it has never been changed, still leaking, but not that visibly. 

Also, just found out that my car failed its MOT last year, although I was never informed about it. Interesting, that it passed same day. The reason was a wiper (which was changed days before my MOT). I really hope that the team has changed since last year.

Booked my Golf in online yesterday for an Mot. Very friendly and helpful staff and a family feel. I got a fair mot and retest at a great price with no fake faults to get work.
Very happy customer, see you next year!
