Absolutely disgraceful! We had our car for repairs, and while the repairs have been done we will see in the future how well, they had fun driving at 109mph. When questioned about this, none could put two words together. All they could say is that apps are not accurate, and probably whoever was driving it, was doing an overtake There also was multiple times when car was drove a minute or two with top speed of 32mph. This will give you an idea of cars are treated when they are there, and how they moves cars from a spot to another. Car was almost fully charged when left at the garage a range or approximately 220miles only to take it back with 25 miles range. We notified them about this and the fact that the app is showing 12V battery going low, along with a few errors due to 12V battery. We asked them to charge the car, so that the 12V can charge too, but they couldn't care less. We will take legal action and formal complaint , because it is unacceptable what has happened. Customer service is nonexistent, if you give them a call with an enquiry, feels like you disturbed, and your business doesn't matter. Do not use this garage!! L.E. Probably the smartest person in their garage, disconnected a cable from 12V battery ‍ we didn't understood why the battery isn't recovering after a full charge, and on a quick check up, a cable was disconnected. Guess what? Connected back on, battery is now charging ‍‍‍ Do I need to mentioned about the water we found in the boot, underneath the tray? Missing rubber overslams on the boot and doors. You guys know how to take them off but not how to out them back??? Prepare for more later edits as we go through everything!!! L.E. 2 So the back seats have not been taken off properly, they just pulled sides, to the point that it doesn't stay down because they bent the wires and left marks in the leather. The seatbelt buckles where left underneath, they didn't even bother to get them out. They took screws off, forgot where they put it, and put different ones, not 1 matching to the other‍ In case it happens again to your "professional" mechanic, tell him to check door pocket , that's where we found ours. Honestly, as we look deeper, we realise that lack of respect for the car and customer is nonexistent! Reply to bellow answer. 1. I wouldn't let a bicycle be repaired by your garage now, let alone to bring back the car. 2. When questioned about the driving , your guys couldn't put two words together, and came up with something each time, mocking my husband, this shows level of professionalism. 3. YOU called to say car it's ready for collection pathetic excuse to leave the car like that

After a thorough diagnosis Webber's managed to locate the issue and rectify it for me. Painstaking work carried out by technicians. I am truly grateful to all the staff at Webber's for everything that they did and beyond. Thoroughly recommend this business, the staff are very friendly, polite, prompt and professional.
Thank you, guys, for destroying my car. After I visited this garage and ''fixed it'' I drove another 15 miles and took it to the scrapyard as the motor blew. I paid for the damage, which was supposed to be fixed, and they eventually refused to refund even the money I paid for destroying my car. I took the matter to the ombudsman, and if there is no resolution, I will take it to the court. Answer to the owner: I tried to have this sorted out with you guys asking just for the amount that I paid, as I thought this was actually a way for you to show remorse and empathy. Unfortunately, you saw things just from your point of view and for your own benefit. I will make the proper claim in a legal way, and we will go from there with a more realistic claim, as your attitude is indeed unacceptable. And to answer on points, over the phone, you told my wife that you found the problem, and if I agree, you can proceed against the price of 233.99 pounds, which we agreed to. When I returned to the garage to pick up my car, the mechanic explained to me that he changed the seal injectors but did not sort out the problem, and on top of that, he could hear a knock coming from the engine. I then refused to pay as the issue was not sorted out but contrary. I eventually paid, as the reception staff refused to hand over my car's key. I am not a mechanic, and I don't know the cause of the engine blowing, but this came exactly after your intervention, which is quite suspicious. But not even the financial damage was as bad as the emotional damage that occurred after witnessing my car smoking and leaking diesel while I drove it on the M25 at 65mph. Even the AA mechanic confirmed, unofficially, that the problem might have come from the injectors, but he did not diagnose it properly as it was night and I was freezing for 2 hours waiting for the recovery truck. And this happened shortly after I visited a professional garage of yours. What I am stating here is provable with documents and pictures as evidence.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
On a positive note, i was very pleased to have the repair work carried out on my car on the same day and returned to me rather quickly... On a negative note and constructive feedback, there was a man "managing the car park" that I felt was rude to me upon arrival and my overall customer service experience wasn't good at all in all honesty. I was billed £193 for "accelerator mis-firing and power steering fluid" which I don't know whether or not is the average price for this sort of repair but I would return to this garage based on the rapid turn around and the problems with my car being successfully fixed.
I had an issue with engine oil light and the team was very helpful in looking at the issue and fixing the issue for me instantly. I really appreciate their help Vinay Dhawan

Took my car for an MOT today at Webber Motor Company & received excellent customer service from the staff, who were all friendly, welcoming & helpful. Will definitely use this garage again for any future repairs my car needs & would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Thank you & keep up the good work.
I will never use this garage again. 1. Hearing mechanics calling customers '*unts in front of other customers and colleagues at reception is revolting and made us all feel uncomfortable. I am so pleased I didn't have my toddler with me. 2. I don't think its professional for mechanics to be sunbathing with their tops off during working hours. Not a great sight. Such a shame as have used this place before and had a good experience but I would be too anxious and worried to come here again. Plus would rather give my money to someone more deserving.
First class service. Very helpfull. Nice friendly staff.
