Called to inquire about the cost of a service they provide, rude telephonist was unable to give me a price so consulted someone else -without muting the phone so I could hear their conversation where he fabricating a price out of nowhere + VAT (yeah right...). Very unprofessional.

Rubbish. Unreliable. Booked car in 2 days earlier for investigation/repair of what i was told sounded like a broken spring, front n/s. Dropped off as planned at 8am and was told it would be ready by 3pm as i requested (and a call would be made to authorise repair during the day). I called at 2.20, as i hadn't heard from Manor Royal Motors, to be told it hadn't been looked at yet. As i had stated i needed it back by 3pm i had no choice but to pick the car up unrepaired, and not even looked at!!!! Wonder if it was safe to drive it? Fair to say i won't be going back.

After ringing around all the tyre places in crawley found the best quote here, all very good with the service side of things, they only let themselves down slightly at the end when they managed to add on a disposal charge, balancing and the VAT to the total, which actually then did not make them the cheapest after all! Pity really because i was just thinking i had found myself a good local garage to trust.
