Excellent customer service! 

My BMW Xenon headlights stopped working and Fergussons Auto Services spent 2 days diagnosing the issue. 

Unfortunately, it needed BMW to fix the issue. I was handed back my keys with no payment due. Thank you.

Great service!!! I do MOT with Fergussons, they come to collect my car do the MOT and return it back the same day! Definitely going to use them next time. Thank you guys!

I popped down to fergussons to see if they could have a look at my bonnet as it wasn't popping up properly.  The young chap who greeted me was only to pleased to help, he fixed the problem with a few squirts of oil and didn't charge me for it. Only downside was I didn't hav cash to leave him a tip - nxt time!
