My Insurance company allocated my car to Fix Auto Crawley. I was worried as i had read reviews and it wasn't a company I knew. Booking the car in was smooth and drop off was easy. Was told that I wasn't receiving a courtesy car in plenty of time and they had arranged with my insurance for enterprise to give me one. After a week i called up to get an update and they said they had to order more parts (i would have appreciated a call to update me from them but calling to speak to someone is so easy i didn't mind). The car was fixed a day earlier than estimated and the work was done to a very high standard, with a 3 year warranty attached and they had cleaned in inside and out. Staff was friendly and the whole company exceeded the expectations that i had from reading reviews.

I was a little concerned over a number of negative comments published however I need not have worried. My car was returned to me having been cleaned inside and out and the repairs carried out to a professional standard. The staff were always polite and helpful and I was kept informed as to how the repairs were progressing. I can only say that on the basis of my experience I would certainly recommend them.

After looking at the reviews I must say I was concerned. The insurance company insisted I used this company, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the receptionists very friendly and welcoming they were also very professional. I was kept informed throughout (over the Christmas period) and they were there at the end of the phone if I had any queries. Thank you so much for giving my car back not only fixed but clean inside and out.

My car insurance company chose this place to repair my car and they did a great job and it was done very quickly. I found the girls in the office very helpful, always kept me informed of the progress and very attentive when visiting their office for collection.

Appalling service. My insurance company insisted that I use this garage, and I have had nothing but trouble with them over the last year trying to get a rear bumper fitted, with parking sensors. Firstly it was (eventually) "repaired", but didn't work. Then it transpired that the wrong part was fitted, and it took them a very long time to rectify this. Then cables were found dangling from the back. When "fixed", a week later, more cables dangling! Customer service treated more as an annoyance than as a customer, and the mechanics at the he garage clearly don't care about the service they offer. Avoid at all costs!
