Kept up to date at every stage from the courtesy car drivers, estimators, and office staff who were all friendly. Work was completed in a quick turnaround and car left in a clean condition when received back.
Insurance company chose this bodyshop after a no fault prang from behind. I'm super impressed, the car was filthy when they took it in who wants to clean a dented up car eh?. Communication was excellent, they arranged an MOT when I realised that it would expire whilst it was in the shop. Returned the car to me spanking clean and you would never ever know it had a prang. Courtesy car delivered and picked up exactly when they said it would be, and happy to come to my workplace to do the handover.Services: Painting
Paint work was OK but can clearly see a colour difference with the new panels. Also the bumper was not detached so not a clean job. Customer service and communications was excellent
Terrible experience, not only did I wait weeks for them to even collect my damaged car and drop a courtesy car meaning I couldn’t get to work, I then waited months for the repairs. Car came back with panels that are a different colour to my car and terribly fitted. I was told if I wanted these to be changed they couldn’t provide another courtesy car. Therefore this was impossible for me as I need a car for work. A month later I was contacted about a parking fine that the car had occurred during my occupancy in a place I had never visited. Was told to provide proof and provided some which proved the guy who collected the courtesy car had it at the time of the ticket. Worst garage I have ever usedService: Body & Trim
100% rubbish. I wished I read the reviews before I left my car with them . Worst experience ever. Cannot find anything good in them. Bad behaved receptionist, worst customer service after charging the insurance company an awful lot of money. They had my car for a car and a half and not returned yet.Service: Body & Trim
My Insurance company allocated my car to Fix Auto Crawley. I was worried as i had read reviews and it wasn't a company I knew. Booking the car in was smooth and drop off was easy. Was told that I wasn't receiving a courtesy car in plenty of time and they had arranged with my insurance for enterprise to give me one. After a week i called up to get an update and they said they had to order more parts i would have appreciated a call to update me from them but calling to speak to someone is so easy i didn't mind. The car was fixed a day earlier than estimated and the work was done to a very high standard, with a 3 year warranty attached and they had cleaned in inside and out. Staff was friendly and the whole company exceeded the expectations that i had from reading reviews.
Had a pleasurable experience with this company, I found them to be punctual collecting and returning my vehicle. Extremely happy with the craftsmanship of their work. I was a little concerned over a number of negative comments published however I need not have worried. My car was returned to me having been cleaned inside and out and the repairs carried out to a professional standard. The staff were always polite and helpful and I was kept informed as to how the repairs were progressing. I can only say that on the basis of my experience I would certainly recommend them.
After looking at the reviews I must say I was concerned. The insurance company insisted I used this company, but I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were the receptionists very friendly and welcoming they were also very professional. I was kept informed throughout over the Christmas period and they were there at the end of the phone if I had any queries. Thank you so much for giving my car back not only fixed but clean inside and out.
