This amazing team saved our dogs life!nnOur pom was in for a routine op, but the tube in her throat caused the airways to close. This is extremely rare & no-one’s fault. A less experienced vet may not have known what the issue was.nnBilly performed an emergency tracheostomy & placed a tube in her throat so she could breathe. He then took her home that night for observation, which would’ve cost £2500 elsewhere.nnThe team primarily Billy & Helen were starting work early, finishing late, explaining everything, messaging & phoning us including during the evening & weekend.nnThey have a lovely way with people & pets & were very reassuring, supporting my wife & I through this upsetting time.nnWe also noticed staff tending to other pets to keep them calm & happy.nnI don’t have the words to express how fantastic Billy, Helen & the team have been & how grateful we are. Again- THANK YOU!!!
Thank you to Maddie the vet and all the wonderful staff for taking such good care of Montie he is 11years old and has never been to the vets in his life, you made his experience a good one.nMontie says thanks xxxx
