Avoid this company at all cost!! Scammers that use delay tactics so you are forced to sign a contract without being able to read every little detail. Stolen almost 2 weeks worth of my wages when I gave the van back and had to fight to get any of my 3 weeks wages returned along with the deposit given. Kept being told different things and tried to keep 2.5k of MY hard earned money. They still took 2k and left me with almost nothing to give my kids any sort of Christmas. Worst of the worst type of people. This company needs to be closed down!
They are thieves don’t hire they scrap cars. I had once car from them and their contract with hidden cost are ridiculous. Avoid them and read contract fully before you sign anything
Bunch of thieves, don't use them. They will make every excuse under the sun to not return your deposit. If you are recommended by someone they probably on their commission. Dodgy people avoid at all cost.
Didn't even get as far as hiring. First I clarified if the company is based in/ has a base in Smethwick. The question seemed beyond whoever answered the phone, as though they'd never heard of the area. Really confusing and frustrating exchange. Then I asked for a quote for a van, single day, personal use, which is clearly advertised on the 'We Do Rentals' website at the moment. I was told they're only hiring out to companies who wish to hire a minimum of 5 vehicles... When I suggested the website may need to be updated the call receiver laughed me off with a 'sorry' and said it was company policy. Small for the company, big difference to someone who needs help/ a service at a time of need. Total write off in my book.
What can I say. Van servicing and breakdowns.....you are expected to take to garage....your time and they do not repay for lost days.... I spent 6.5 hours broken down on the M1 after being bullied into taking the van back to Birmingham despite the RAC saying it wasn't fit for the road. They have NO customer care and truly don't care. I have every email and text to back this up. What a joke. WE DO RIPPOFF. At the end of my rental I was charged near 70 quid for damage.....no damage by myself....... DO NOT RENT FROM HERE STAY WELL AWAY.
Ali and his team have surpassed all our expectations. We asked for 20 vehicles to be supplied in 72hrs. We Do Rentals delivered on our request. His team have been on hand to support 24/7 since, even sorting an issue we had with one of the vehicles within 2hrs!! I can not recommend these guys enough.
Absolute waste of time over charge for repairs that I can get done at a third of the price they charge .rip off company .I have been waiting over two months for an invoice as proof of repairs they keep making excuses . Avoid at all costs
Very good for courier hire with insurance. I had vehicle stolen and found within 20 min and a fantastic and fair after service.
Not interested in calling you back when you have a query. Only one interested in trying to charge you for damage you haven't done.
The worst company ever don't know how they still trading. Robbers
