The worst rental company and specifically branch I have used. Booked a car 4/5 weeks in advance specifically requesting for a non Electric Car. I then get a notification the night before that the only car available is an Electric Car. Joke of a branch, spoke with manager via email, no acknowledgment or empathy shown towards my situation. Ended up cancelling last minute but caused massive inconvenience in finding alternative rental. Avoid
I’ve recently started using Hertz Oldbury. Manjit and the team are professional in dealing with my queries and prompt in their responses to me. I will be using this branch regularly from now on. Great service!
Easy too book and very reliable car. Mohammed was very helpful. I will definitely recommend for everyone and looking forward to see in the future
Be very careful when hiring a van, you must take photos all around the vehicle before you set off, I nearly lost £300 deposit, when they noticed a bump on their Brand new van, apparently done before it was delivered !!! Apart from that nice friendly people.
Simple and easy straight forward hire. Just remember you will also need a Deposit also around £200 for an average car. Best price I found for car hire for Three days only £119

Excellent service from friendly and helpful staff and the price for hire of a car at the time I needed a car was lower and best value than other hire companies that I was looking at. Plus the range of car available.
Absolute joke of a company. Twice had a vehicle, and once returned, get bombarded with emails, txts, letters, notes through the door asking me to arrange a return that's already happened. Now trying to blame me for damage which was confirmed and acknowledged by the guy who dropped the vehicle off. Total headache Every time I've used them. So glad I took photos of the damage when the car was dropped off. 'Something in a brewery' comes to mind lol.
Car was in great condition. Arranging the collection after it was offhired wasn't a nice experience as the person who called was rude, demanding, and I couldn't get a word in edge ways even when trying to answer a question as they spoke over me constantly.
Manny and the team are always reliable and provide a fantastic service week in week out for us
