Very friendly and helpful staff. Wouldn’t let me take the car until they had cleaned and washed it, even though it was raining heavy. Super high standards. Young man took car back was polite and professional. I only rent from this branch.

I cannot praise the team at Enterprise West Bromwich enough. They went out of their way to help when my car was involved in an accident, staying late on Saturday morning to enable me to pick up my courtesy car and giving us a lift back home when I returned it. Special thanks to Mo and Indy whose customer service was outstanding. Thank you!

This is the worst enterprise office ever and I've been with them for decade. Do check if the car they given you has any nails lodged in the tires. I've to come back half way when the car started sounding alarms. Been stuck on the motorway for 6 hours. luckily I had rescue cover with my car and recovered the vehicle and costed me hundred pounds to get new tire with two recoveries for hundred mile. these people just want to get rich costing customers 1500 pounds with a nail in the tire they already know about. check thoroughly when you take out a vehicle with this office

Not even worth one star rating. Firstly they don't even bother to answer the phone, the wait is awfully long. Once they answered they cut us off multiple times. After many attempts we got through to them they said they don't have any car available.  Awful service and reliability.

My insurance company got Enterprise to supply me a courtesy car. These guys were helpful and professional from start to finish.

The worst enterprise you can go to, it’s not even worth the hassle. Hardly any vehicles and unpleasant staff.

Insurance company put me into one of their vehicles as my own was being assessed. I was allocated an i10, but it was automatic and wasn't suitable for my needs,  so they were happy to upgrade as long as my insurers were informed, I was given a ford focus which was perfect for my needs. Their service, assistance and support at West Bromwich branch was amazing and I cannot thank them enough as they understood and worked with me and my circumstances why I needed them. Highly recommended, impeccable customer service, respectable and reasonable staff who will consider your request without dismissing suggestions, fair and decent people. Many thanks again, to all involved,  a very professional and organised branch.

I spoke to someone on reception and put on hold after 10 minutes of waiting been cut off and staff never pick up the call last hour of work because they not bother to work last hour.

Very efficient with providing courtesy car the same day as the accident.
