Great service and staff here at Birmingham. My vehicle broke down due to clutch failure, was recovered into Birmingham via RAC. The reception guys told me it could take couple of hours before they can take a look or arrange a replacement. I was in and out of the branch within 2 hours. Very fast and great guys to deal with.
Good selection of vans to rent or buy,new and secondhand.
Waited over 7 1/2 hours, when told it would only be about 1 to 2 hours, no one updated me and just kept walking passed me. Customer service was very bad. And i think the company should look at the way they treat there customers. Or even ask the manager to come out and speak to customers after they have complained, and not send out other staff to say sorry. Coffee machine broken, and finally got a drink of water 6 hours later. I dont normally leave feed back but i just had to, because i was treated so badly.
One of their so called "mechanics" tried to blame me for a seized rear brake caliper on one of their vehicles ! Well Mr "mechanic" if you do your maintenance properly the brake calipers will never seize, do your job properly instead of blaming your customers for abusing the brakes . Get some more qualifications if you don't understand how it works !
Not helpful once purchasing the car. Still not fixed the issue with the seat belt and Cigarette charger since picking the car up! Haven't had no apology just straight up rudeness
Great van hire service, have used several times over the course of a few years and never had any issues with the service or the hire vehicles. All the vans seem to be very new and in immaculate condition.
Would not lease any vehicle from this place.wrong place.and uncorrected charges
absolute garbage service, have used Northgate for 8 yrs and not saying this with any prejudice but experience from suffering Small heath Northgate. It is by far the worst northgate office for customer service, meeting expectations and the level of sarcasm from staff is so poor. We really need to stop using this company
Rude and unhelpful...Luckily Cannock Office was Superb which sorted my problem: AVOID Birmingham USE Cannock
