Terrible service. I have been scammed by these guys. I sold them my car, then I receive a call the next day telling they no longer interested in buying and was told to come and collect it. So I came down literally after he called to come and collect my car to find out my car is no longer at their branch, after they made phone calls my car had been sent to BCA after I was told to collect. Then 8 days later my car had finally been delivered to me. As I had a look at the car it had several scratches and deep dents on the vehicle. So I was told to email and have sent several emails they said that vehicle had damage already by the time it got to BCA but on the images they took when the car was bought none of these damages where there. They kept avoiding responsibility to their actions. Also I have handed them 2 keys for the vehicle but received 1 key back which had the blade missing. So I got an email from the manger stating we took both keys from you but we don’t know where the other one is, and no they are no longer replying back to my emails.
Ithe whole procedure including car checking, administrative paperwork, transfer procedure was carried out swiftly and professionally. I only had to sign once and it was all completed within a few minutes. I will most certainly recommend this company to others.
Max in the Morrisons branch was really professional and provided excellent service. All administration and the next steps were advised clearly. I would recommend this place to anyone who is selling their car. Well done Max keep it up!
Went to ask for a price. The guy waffled on and on about how he couldn’t do it on his tablet. He was slumped in the chair with his legs spread wide open. Not a nice sight I do believe they get a commission on buying so they haggle the price down. He wasn’t helpful at all and gave me a much lower price than quoted online. Don’t bother selling your car here, your. better off checking out carwow, the motorway or cazoo.

Car was valued at £3700 for 2007 hybrid. Immaculate with full honda history. Was only offered £3000 when I arrived at branch. They knocked off £700. So what's the point in filling out the details online if your just gonna get low balled when you arrive at branch. Not sure if these guys are working on commission. Maybe they get an incentive if the offer less. Only go here if your absolutely desperate!!
We had a good experience with the sales person. Price was the same that was shown on the website quote and the transaction took 20 min to complete. Easy and quick service.
Terrible service at this particular branch with one particular agent. Avoid. He knocked off a huge amount of money compared to the online valuation despite it having been valued by a different colleague at the same branch a week earlier with no changes I wasn’t in a position to sell it a week earlier. When we asked if there was a manager we could speak to, he refused to help or give a phone number, wouldn’t tell me his name and wouldn’t even hand me back the documents on his desk - told me to take them myself. Awful attitude. Went 10 minutes to the Borehamwood branch and got a far more sensible valuation. In fact, ended up selling it to his manager at Borehamwood!
Very quick and easy to sell my car and got more than expected for it Queensbury branch excellent staff sold 2 cars would highly recommend.
