I would like to share my feedback regarding my car that i bought from Valentino Mercedes c class 2014 . I bought my car recently from Valentino, their service is the best of the best in the market or let me say in Uk! Valentino was so friendly and honest with me, and i got minor issues with my car. He told me to bring it back to him, and he went with me step by step to sort them out and make me feel happy . I had many problems with other dealers regarding my previous vehicles van and car, but this man is amazing ! I highly recommend him. You can close your eyes and trust him with everything. Again and again, I recommend him
Avoid this car salesman. sold me a car that needed the clutch changing. also the EGR valve was faulty. He had just reset the engine warning light before the test drive. After we bought the car and drove it for 50 miles we realised the clutch had an issue and the engine management light came on. Take my advice, don't waste your time and money on this con man.
We often visit our family in London from Canada. This time we decided to buy a car and leave it there at our brother's place so that we don't have to rent it every time we visit London. We saw Peugeot 308 SW advertised on Cargurus and reached out to Valentino. I took the test drive, and found the car in very good condition. We bought it and are very happy with the purchase. Valentino had been very professional and made the whole transaction very easy and transparent. Above all he drove back to my place on Christmas eve to drop the car as soon as we purchased the car. Very courteous, straightforward and honest gentleman. We have shared his dealership info with our friends and family in UK. We highly recommend Valentino motors if you are locking to purchase a reliable car at a very reasonable and competitive price.
Excellent service and product. Purchased Citroën C4 Picasso and Valentino was helpful, straight and honest. Very small fault indicator was sorted without any fuss. Haggled a slightly lower price when we purchased car. Our son and ourselves were very happy with the service and car. Would buy again and highly recommend Valentino motors. Buy with confidence.
Valentino gave me an assurance, by text, that he'd meet me on a Sunday, even though the place is not normally open. I made a long journey by public transport to get there. And he was as good as his word. The car was exactly as described on the website and on AutoTrader. Valentino was honest and reliable.

Very happy love my car, had a couple of minor problems with the car...he ordered the parts needed and had them delivered straight to me and then even drove the almost 100 miles to help me fit the parts. Dealt with my stressing with manors and kindness. Would 100% use him again and his son who did the drive with him will be an amazing addiction to his business as he gets older, well mannered and happy to help.
Valentino is top man. He made me a discount to help me with buying a car that meets my budget and was in constant contact with me keeping me updated on the car. As I was buying for first time I had lots of questions that he answered patiently and made the whole process stress free. Car is in mint condition in and out, thoroughly cleaned before the sell too so I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommend his garage as he has cars for all budgets. Thank you, Valentino.
