The manager and his assistant were both very friendly and easy to deal with. Don't be put off by the venue which is rather down market. Also make sure you have two keys, hard copy service history and handbook to avoid irritating deductions. Unless you are part exchanging, this is definitely the most efficient, painless and secure way to sell a car.The company's technology is very slick and when you have agreed to the price, if you pay a small fee you can have the sale proceeds in your account within two hours. I will very probably use them again.
Quick and easy. No joke business. I got more than what I expected. The sales assistant Abdul was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was very reassuring too for someone who was using "We Buy Any Car" for the first time.

We buy an car.com is an easy & amazing way to sell your car. They gave me a great price. I arrived car was fully checked over. Lady who served me was very friendly knowledgeable & knew her job. I would recommend this service to family & friends.
Steer well clear as their online price is far from what they’ll offer. They’ll conjure up rather expensive repairs on a car most would regard as immaculate. Id read all the reviews but thought surely they’re not true as my car is immaculate. Sadly they are all true. I’d strongly suggest using Motorway or Wizzle and don’t waste your time with this outfit.
Abdul @ Orpington made it very quick and seamless process. Had his work cut out with it being a one man band but still showed high level of professionalism and glad I could sell the car there and then. Highly recommend for a quick and easy sell
Sold my car here recently and was pleasantly surprised. I had read reviews that they really knock you down a lot on the price originally quoted. Of course they did knock me down a little bcos my car wasn't in perfect condition but they still offered a super good price which I took. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. Very professional and painless!
The office seems a bit unfriendly with bit & pieces all over the place. However the staff are quite knowledgeable.and have the gift of the gab. They follow a familiar script as you get the same ever time. Your car is not worth what you thought. However I can do you a deal. I can add a bit more for this and a bit more for that and they make you feel that you now have a great deal for your car..As I have sold a few cars to them and recognise the sales patter !! So, as long as you hear that in mind when you go there. They buy the cars on behalf of British Car Auctions and they can travel all over the place to end up in an auction.
