Great experience with Ziggy my first Mini, i came an test drived the car, was given given regular videos, kept in tocuh through the whole process, agreements as promised! changed from a BMW 1 series to MINI GT great car love it! Only came to look and ending up buying a limited edition MINI! Proud Owner, have now recommended to friends and family!

Friendly staff and the car for the most part was fine, few scratches but that's common with any BMW/MINI dealer, what's not so good is communication, or lack of it, I still don’t have a copy of the vehicle contract or purchase agreement even though I’m sure I should have got those on the day I signed them, I’ve emailed twice asking for a copy but didn’t get a reply! Also they tried twice to take £500 more than what was agreed when I purchased the car, luckily I spotted this and the BMW finance guy sorted it, I believe mini had to borrow him as they were so busy, the other thing is the hard sell of insurance products such as gap, wheel, tyre, once I’ve said I’m not interested that should be it, I can get these much cheaper with the same if not better cover elsewhere, my advice if you want insurance is look at ALA, I told Ziggy I didn’t need it and he was fine, pity the mini finance guy had to push them, special offer of £1200? No thank you Just had a look at the car for the first time in direct sunlight and it looks like they cleaned it with a brillo pad, it's covered from top to bottom in swirl marks, so now I need to get the whole car machine polished

Great experience buying my first MINI at Stephen James Ruxley. Ziggy Osman was so detirmind to help find me my new car and I couldnt be happier! Ziggy was very mfriendly,honest, determined he defiantly went the extra mile without his help I wouldn’t have my car Couldn’t recommend Ziggy and the dealership enough!

I was looking to buy my first car as I have just recently passed my driving test. I have always had a keen interest in MINI and popped into the dealership to enquire about a car. Ziggy Osman dealt with my enquiry and he was extremely helpful and ended up offering me a used mini one 1.2 5door for a fantastic price. He was extremely honest and very helpful. I will recommend him to family and friends.
