I would 100% recommended Toyota in Sidcup to anyone! Friendly greeting on the door with pleasant staff about. In particular Richard in the sales department has been second to none with his customer service and I didn’t feel forced in any way into making a purchase. Taking a test drive was a hassle free process which was followed up with a friendly chat about the car with various purchasing options. Richard really made me feel valued. I’ve now placed an order for the new GR Yaris.
Got my car through Motability here. Nico was amazing from the test drive i showed up with no apointment! All the way through to the delivery of my new car. 100% Faultless service, answered any calls and emails i sent promptly. Great coffee and biscuits while you wait and talk!
I accompanied my parents who recently purchased a C-HR 2.0 Hybrid and the service they received was outstanding. Joe on the sales dealt with us and it has to be said he is a credit to the company. Friendly, knowledgeable and so willing to help. I highly recommend this main dealership.
Mark was absolutely amazing. I am a doctor and so am always running late and working funny hours and he made sure to accommodate for this. He understood what I was looking for in a car and even helped me set up my satnav and music. He was very efficient with paperwork and with helping me sort out the car as my old car had broken down and I really need it to get to hospital. Today me and my wife picked up a new Corolla and have had a very easy and pleasant experience. We twice saw Nico - first for the test driver and car order, and then today approx. 6 months later to collect the car. I recently bought a Toyota Corolla Hybrid, GR Sport version from here. The representative, Mark, made the whole experience thoroughly enjoyable! When I first walked in, I was undecided between the Corolla and CHR. Having spoken to Mark, he allowed me to test drive both and make an informed decision. Once order was placed, Mark kept me updated throughout the process. Mark also recommended to sign up to MyT which helped. When car arrived, I opted to have a dash cam fitted and Mark arranged for this to take place seamlessly. On pick up day, Mark picked me up at the station and brought me to ease during the various agreement signings and paying for vehicle. Mark then took me to the car and talked me through the various controls and helped me set up the dash cam on my phone. Thank you for all your help Mark!
The car I was interested in was the smallest and cheapest in Jemca Sidcup's approved used fleet that day, but the sales rep, Francesco, was attentive and enthusiastic nonetheless, and I was made to feel valued and looked after. Francesco was super helpful, there was no pressure at all, and he even helped me with my personal registration plate post-sale. The forecourt assistants were also very helpful and polite, helping with moving cars around a busy carpark area. The dealership was very professional overall. I had an excellent experience and highly recommend this dealership.
Just picked up my new Toyota CH-R from Toyota Sidcup. Dealt with Ben Sadgrove through my purchase and had a excellent customer service experience from start to finish, everything ran smoothly and any enquiries Ben was happy to deal with them straight away. Recommended to my family and friends to purchase a car from this dealership.
The call centre needs to understand the company values as I had initially written a very critical review. However, the service from the dealer was superb with a special mention for Richard, who spot checked absolutely everything and even took my wife for a drive to check she was happy when he should have been going home, & Tony. Car cleaned and petrol put in to replace what they used and some more This is a business clearly committed to excellent customer service and 100% satisfaction.
The receptionist lady was not very professional and customer friendly. I had to wait more than half an hour to collect my Car which was already ready to be collected hours ago just because the receptionist got my name wrong. She did not even say sorry nor the agent who was serving me about getting my name wrong. I talked to her already in the morning when I signed in to leave my car so she should have at least remembered me. Please tell her to double check the name by asking the car registration number too so that customer don't have to waste their time waiting.
