I bought a brand new car from here and the sales team were fantastic. The maintenance side of this dealership offering mots/servicing and fixtures are not to be recommended in my opinion. I saw the cost sheet for fixing a car that had failed it's mother from a friend which amounted to in excess of £700. I did the work myself for said friend at a cost of £60!!!! You have been warned

I don't usually bother to write a review, only if very disappointed with the service but this time it's exactly opposite. I am so pleased with the service I got there that I wanted to share.
I came to buy there a used Zoe - electric vehicle  and must say I am very pleased with the service I got from Martin. I've been pestering him with questions, doubts etc for over 3 weeks and he was always polite and patient always trying to help as much as he could. 

Renault did all tests I asked them to do on the first EV I was going to buy and it turned out that battery was not as good as I expected (though not bad enough to be replaced under warranty) and I ended up buying another model also after series of tests and updates.

My brief experience with Service personnel and especially EV technician was pleasant so far and I shall definitely come again there again if I need a Renault

I rang and asked to speak to the sales dept. I told the man I wanted to buy a twingo and could I test drive an automatic- he said they didn’t have any so I asked if he could track one down from other garages in the group, he said no so I told him I’d call the other garages myself, which I did locate an automatic twingo and I then bought it from another local Renault dealer who were extremely helpful. It’s a  shame you lost out on a sale due to incompetence and lack of interest from one of your “salespeople”.

Awful! Was given a filthy cover car to use.as I work so far away I had to rush off with it :-(
It had crums, dust, dried coffee, juice and all sorts of stains in it. The boot was even worse! Unfortunately, There isnt an option to  upload the pics I took. 

I requested to speak to management to make a complaint but no one was available. I have emailed and  sent pictures to 3 different members of management and no one has responded! Its shocking so disappointed!
