The sales assistant was very helpful and honest with the valuation of our car, we’ll recommend a visit.
Overall a speedy way to sell your car if it's in the condition they expect, otherwise expect a wee bit money to be taken off for chips etc, and don't forget they will charge you a £50 admin fee! Jonathan was helpful, polite, friendly and reassuring. We opted for premier transfer and had the money with the hour. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Absolute oxygen thiefs. Price one thing and tried to knock 1000s off your vehicle with a sense of smugness.. until you walk away.
Very professional. Bit gutted we got deducted for a couple of alloy scratches though as these weren't £400 worth of damage but generally happy.
Totally brilliant. The guy we saw was so pleasant and instantly made us feel relaxed. He asked us a few questions and examined the car. More importantly he offered us a really good price which we accepted. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to sell their car.
The staff here are very friendly & personable. Expect to get low-balled unless you have a brand new car without a single scratch or ding. The fact the process is so quick and easy makes up for the fact they don't pay very much.
Company likes to buy the cars but that's as far as it goes , was told all paperwork would be sorted by them including v5c after the sale. 6 months on and I have received fines for no insurance and tax! Absolute joke of a place. I then phoned and was told they couldn't do anything about this! AVOID!
Absolutely fabulous service couldn't of been more helpful and was happy with the price I recieved.
I've just come back from selling my car through Jonathan at the Melksham branch- Very impressed! Jonathan was very professional and friendly. He called me the day before my appointment to go over a few things and when I arrived on the day he was waiting with the car checked over thura but quick. Once price was agreed between us he sorted all paperwork fast and the money was transfered, the only thing I had to do was sign a document. The whole process probably took 20 mins. I would definitely recommend!
Gutted. Went to these guys last year and got more than what the dealers offered me for my car, despite it not being in good cosmetic condition. I was very happy with the service so I thought I would go to them again. They offered me £800 below their valuation and £600 lower than what 2 dealers have already offered me just for a few small bonnet chips and a slightly worn alloy. They wouldn't even come up £200! Absolute joke. Very disappointed. Won't be using them ever again. I'm now en route to trading in my car for an extra £600 and I'm glad I didn't give them the sale and commission.
