I recently bought a beautiful BMW 335i from this dealership and I have to say my buying experience was exactly as I’d want it to be when buying a car. I dealt with a gentleman called Antony who was very knowledgeable about the car and answered every question I had and didn’t pressure me at all when it came to making a decision. I’ve had the car a little while now and am extremely happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to change their car.
We purchased a Vauxhall Insignia Elite a few weeks ago. Both the Customer Service and the Car are exceptional. We were greeted by Antony who was very professional and knowledgeable. We were left alone to inspect the car and were under no pressure to make our decision. I thoroughly reccomend this company and I wish Antony all the best for the future. A great place to buy a car no pushy salesman here view the car in the showroom at your own pace. The pictures and description where very honest which you need when travelling 155 miles to view the car. The Ford Ka I purchased is great car at a great price. I highly recommend buying from onlineauto if you’re looking an honest friendly service and at a great price.
What a fantastic dealership. Antony is the most honest and helpful person. Great cars at great prices, and also extremely helpful. NO if's no but's. I can't say enough. Brought my car home, and noticed a small issue. Phone him and he rectified immediately. This is not about chucking out loads of cars but good old fashioned honest customer service. It's his livelyhood. Amazing. Thanks very much I love the service and my new car.
The dealer Anthony was easygoing when it came to negotiating a price and carrying out any additional work. The car was superb in price, condition and maintenance.Great part exchange! Completely satisfied and would recommend to anybody.
Excellent dealer - very genuine and honest and a thoughroughly nice bloke. Made buying a car a really enjoyable experience. Really happy with the car and service. He even paid for new headlight bulb to be fitted when it blew soon after i had bought the car.
