Great showroom, fantastic service and incredibly welcoming staff...even if they are really busy! My wife and I had a fair amount of indecision about what car we were looking for and so we ended up test driving a few cars. Tim was incredibly patient with us and massively helpful in helping us narrow down what we really wanted. We also very nearly ended up buying a Volvo XC90 but when it came to the crunch and another quickly fitted in (thanks Tim) test drive of the new Discovery we ended up buying a Range Rover Sport... At the end of the day the decision was made because Tim, Dave and Jordan were professional, friendly, switched on, transparent and so helpful in comparison to every other dealer I have ever been to that I really had a no brainer and for that I couldn't be happier. I am also in sales too so I really rate that they were not pushy and genuine. Only negative for me...now I only want to buy from these guys...which is going to be expensive.

I took a Range Rover Evoque which I had purchased privately to this dealership on two occasions and asked them to verify if my new car was genuine or a clone. This was because there were service and MOT discrepancies. They told me it was a genuine vehicle and that the VIN in the windscreen matched the reg number. They told me the VIN displayed in the windsceen is tamper proof and that the windscreen fitted on my vehicle was factory fit as it had the Land Rover Logo and all replacements say Pilkington. I took it to another Range Rover dealership and they told me the same. A DVSA Inspector who was investigating at my request told me to ask Range Rover is they could read the ECU for the VIN number. I rang Range Rover who said it would cost me £135 !!! I took it to my local independent garage who checkd it for free. The vehicle was in fact a STOLEN & CLONED vehicle. I have telephoned Range Rover twice and even sent them an Email. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN REPLIED !!!!!!!! I have owned Jaguars for the last ten years and Land Rover vehicles for 20 years before that. I am not a happy customer anymore. It would appear Range Rover dont care about your £50k vehicle once they have sold it to you. Security on these vehicles is a disgrace , just Google it !!!

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Fantastic new showroom let down by JLR's lifeless corporate identity - not really conducive for conducting business (not any fault of Dick Lovett)
