I have been consistently coming to Nortree Motors for the past 15 years ever since I passed my driving test and they have provided 3 generations of my family with outstanding service. The repairs and workmanship in the servicing department are of the best quality, with staff having a genuine interest in the customers' needs, I have total trust in the service that Nortree provide. They keep the customers informed and updated through every service, diagnostics & MOT. I have been extremely impressed by their manner and professionalism, I have always received the highest customer service from all the employees, the whole team are extremely kind, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy and will go above and beyond for you. Amazing customer service. Long story short I had a flat tyre before a long trip and the local air machine swallowed my only cash. I swung by Nortree Motors on NYE afternoon and the guys really helped me out. Thanks chaps
Approximately one year ago I part-exchanged my car for a 2007 Silver 2.0 Ford C-Max at Nortree Motors in Melksham. It was supplied with a brand new MOT. Unfortunately, despite having taken it back once, due ti my concerns about a noise coming from the brakes, I was reassured that "it's probably just a stone in there, that will work its way out" by the salesman that sold it to me, so you can imagine my surprise when I took it for an MOT this year having driven under 3000 miles, when I was told that the back brakes on both sides were virtually non-existent, and the discs would need replacing too. Furthermore, it failed its MOT because the drive shaft on the driver's side was on the brink of failure. In fact, the mechanic at our local garage said he could scarcely believe the car had passed an MOT less than a year ago. I also noticed, just 2 weeks after purchasing it, a large 'X' shaped scratch on the bonnet that had been discretely polished up so that it was barely noticeable, except in bright sunlight. As the car was and is kept garaged, I'm fairly confident this was there when I bought it; I just didn't see it at the time. It would have been nice to have been informed about this. Now I'm not saying that I was expecting to buy a car of that age that was immaculate, but I do recommend that anyone buying from here gets an independent vehicle inspection before parting with your hard-earned cash.

I have used this garage recently to get some new tyres for my mother's car. The staff are all very helpful and friendly and nothing I asked was too much trouble. My mother's car was collected from her house and delivered back again. I have also bought a car from this garage a few years ago and had the same excellent customer service. I didn't buy a car from here. My experience was for a different reason! I had stopped during my work day I deliver and collect cars from all over the country to fuel up my van in the petrol station next door. Due to the nature of our work, whilst fuelling up, we take advantage of bathroom facilities because we never know when the next available place will be. I asked in this particular BP garage and the attendant just said "No. Not for customers" Thinking the next available place might be too far I nipped next door and cheekily asked the young man behind the desk if I could use theirs. He jumped up from his desk and said absolutely I could but I would have to sign in for Covid reasons, which I did. What a very kind, pleasant, cheerful man. I was extremely grateful and said I would give him a review on Google. He thanked me because he said they were a small family business and times were hard. If I did want to buy a car I would certainly use Nortree. What a friendly business!
Fantastic service from Aarron whilst purchasing my BMW 330d. From start to finish the whole team truly went the extra mile and put my mind at rest after having bad experiences elsewhere. I recently purchased my Audi TT from here. Aarron was absolutely fantastic from start to finish, providing me with all the information and help I needed to buy my new car. Would definitely recommend purchasing a car from here! And will be returning in the near future for my MOT and service!
We bought a used Ford C-max from Nortree this May. The car was bought remotely with Nortree providing detailed photos as requested and answered all my questions. A fair deal was done with Aaron over the phone and on collection the car was very well presented especially compared to some we had seen at main dealers and the extra work had been completed as requested. Handover was extremely professional and efficient, and whilst floor mats had not arrived they followed in the post as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend Nortree or to use them again in the future. Big thank you to Aaron and the rest of the team!
You need to keep your members of staff in control coning in to a another business and having a go at me in front of customers is just unprofessional how would you like it if I come to your place of work and did the same
