They never pay what they say they will. once you get there they examine your car with a microscope and knock off value considerably.

They do however make it very easy one price is agreed. They do all the paperwork and pay you as agreed.

Forget the price they quote you 
Scratches you can hardly notice drove down the price 1.5k, knowing that the car is nearly new. 
Waste of time!

Was promised a price on line which apparently is guaranteed for 7 days !!  Rubbish - I went there the next day and was offered £3K less !!!!!!!  and I had told the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth on line.  Shame they didn't !!!!
